Me and my girl stayed at the oasis motel and not only was the price amazing but so were the staff. Abhi and Tommie definitely know how to make you feel welcome. Close to Clifton Hill and The Falls without being right in the center of all the kids stuff. Relatively easy walk to everything I wanted to do, and was a good base camp for attending the Niagara Falls Comic Con going on that weekend. The Motel is clearly a little older, but my room was clean, absolutely no bugs or signs that there had been bugs. The toilet, sinks and shower all worked as expected and the shower indeed does pump out some good hot water pressure. Bed was super comfortable especially after being on a long overnight bus ride to get to the Falls. AC Unit was nice and I didn't find it that loud and was easy enough to just turn it to fan only or turn it off when I didn't need it. TV could have better, but I wasn't in town to watch TV, I was able to get the Oilers hockey game and that's all I really cared about. Manager/Front Desk guy was nice enough about getting me checked in and telling me about the Fireworks. 1st time staying at this particular hotel and I will admit some of the other reviews had me questioning my choice, but after staying here I think it is a perfectly good enough inexpensive motel for shorter trips where you don't need any fancy thrills. It was too bad that the weather wasn't really good enough to have the outdoor pool open though. I wouldn't have minded having a dip.

The workers were great/helpful with us, the motel was a 2 minute walk to downtown which was good. it was great for the most part but 1 thing we did not like was that there was a little brown stain on the pillow case. but me and my friends loved the motel!.

The room was clean and smelled nice. A little outdated but was fine foe the price. One od the outlets didnt work and there was a hole.in the batbroom.screen. it didnt effect our comfortsbikity. We wwnt first weekend in June. pool not open. wasnt big deal for us. very close to Clifton Hilll if you want to wnjoy that side of Niagara. I would atay again for thay price.

The room was ok. Has a musty smell as it is an old building but tolerable. Sheets were clean. Toilet and washroom were old but clean. Parking is cheap compared to surrounding hotels. The guy who checked us in during the evening time was very nice and accommodating and friendly. Very basic motel, good for a budget weekend getaway with family. Don’t expect fancy equipment, but at least the bed was clean.
