Location Location

We booked a “River View” room for two nights. It was on the 6th Floor. The Hotel is just across the road from the “Skylon Tower”. Room was surprisingly spacious. One side of the big windows we could see the American Falls - although it was from a long distance. The other side was facing the Casino Hotel. The location is excellent! From the Hotel entrance turn left and walk down the hill 3 minutes and you are on the waterfront. A few minutes walk to see the US Falls and 5-8 minutes to the see the beautiful Horseshoe Niagara Falls. Hotel included free parking and breakfast. The continental breakfast was simple so don't expect too much. Hotel is a little dated but for the location and price, you will not be disappointed. Walk 15 minutes to "Clifton Hill" streets, and you will find yourself at a mini "Las Vegas". 👍👍 The second night we walked down the street to see the Fireworks and Light show! Overall, it was a wonderful experience and nice holiday. 😁😁

The breakfast was decent and I did enjoy it. Parking was available, which was convenient. However, the room felt quite old and only moderately clean — I’d rate cleanliness around 2/5. Considering I paid around $150 for one night, I felt it wasn’t worth the price. Overall, I was disappointed and personally did not like the stay and will never come in future because this place rent for 1 night must be under $70. Staff was good and cooperating I like swimming pool and hot tub ♥️

Rooms were dated and old looking for somewhere advertising they just got through renovations. Rust on the bathtub. Floors and beds were kind of grungy. Windows still had wood sills with 100 coats of paint. Condensation all over single pane windows. I asked the front desk for towels for the pool. I was told they were in laundry. I asked if he had any idea as to how long until they would be done and he said "no idea, theyre washed offsite, i have no control over it". To then ask one of the room cleaners if she had any. She immediately put about 20 towels in the pool for use. You get what you pay for. Ive been to other hotels with a similar price, and they were much better maintained. I would not go back.

Ok, lets start off with check-in. The "person" who checked us in was the rudest individual I have ever delt with. Yelled at people I was traveling with over a key card. Others have had run ins with him as well. (Snow white) this hotel is dirty, the pool atrocious! Scum on the side of it, hair balls on its deck all 4 nights we went and looked hoping they had cleaned it. Our room was not cleaned once, when we asked for clean towels the maid said to get them from the pool. The breakfast was so horrible and low-quality we went out for breakfast. The shower had bugs and grime, the curtains were torn, the chairs leather was crackdd and broken , slicing my leg. The hotel does not have one security camera, (i mean none) the lock leading to the pool area is duct taped so anyone can walk in. The place smells of musty and mold from being close to the falls and not properly cleaned. Save your money and stay else where. This place is a hotel from hedes. We had 3 more stays booked for throughout the summer. We cancelled and booked else where.

Views were lovely, walking distance to everything and breakfast was delicious. There was busted glass in the parking lot but we didn’t get a flat tire. Staff called our hotel room at 11:30 at night waking us up to move our car because one of the tires was on the white line. This was very disruptive to our sleep and stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The location can’t be beat! This works for a night at a show and a quick bite to eat before we head back home.

Breakfast was good. Hotel was clean. Elevator was an issue, wouldn't open on 1st floor properly, then out of service. Had to use the stairs to and from the 5th floor! Thankfully I'm in good shape for 76 years old, had to do them several time.
