We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location was convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The amenities were well-maintained, and everything I needed was available. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and attention to detail. Good: Location, friendly staff. Not so good: Pool was closed and “Fitness Centre” was just a rowing machine and elliptical. On site restaurant seemed to be also closed. Room had one roll of toilet paper, and when asked for more they gave another single roll. Also I don’t know which was louder, the ice machine in the hallway or the AC unit in the room. It’s a constant rumble of outdated machines.

Awful area of town, additional fees for parking, and the Niagara Falls tourist tax. To be fair, most of Niagara Falls looks run down but nothing seems to be maintained or invested in here. The staff were nice, though we barely had to deal with them after check in. The room was okay, though the AC was extremely loud and kept us awake. The kids had fun in the pool and it was well stocked with towels. While I wouldn’t stay here again, I would generally skip Niagara Falls completely. Not at all worth the cost of staying here.
