成個酒店得一個微波爐可供顧客使用，另外製冰機亦係得一部，房間清潔欠佳。另外嗰房好嘈，樓上及周圍到晚上，有好多小朋友跳蹦蹦，致房間內很嘈。難以入睡打電話到前台叫人幫忙，效果都唔係好理想。

Our stay was quite disappointing. The air conditioning and the elevator were both out of order during our visit. Additionally, the parking is located under the waterpark, which is a very long walk from the rooms. To top it off, the room had a noticeable, unpleasant odor

The hotel is quite old and would need some renovation to make it more modern. There were no microwaves in the rooms and we had to walk to a central location to use a microwave. Unfortunately the elevator choose the weekend I was there not to work and was told the fix would be done after the weekend. Some of the staff were nice and friendly while some could not be bothered. However the hotel is strategically located,close to the falls view water parks,close to the casino which has a sports bar and close to other restaurants and tourist attraction.

This place is so run down. The carpet is all bubbled up everywhere, the rooms are ancient, it hasn’t had anything done to it since it was built 50 years ago. Our room had a running toilet that no one came to fix. The key cards are so difficult to work that you have to slam the door handle down with your fist in order to get them to open. This place is an all around terrible hotel. Stay next door at the Sheraton.

La habitación estaba limpia el personal muy bien pero el elevador no servía la nevera no enfriaba y el aire en la noche dejó de funcionar dormimos con la ventana semi abierta el TV no tenía señal en la mayoria de los canales. Deben de darle un opgrade al TV y películas para niños en la noche.

Pool was excellent. However this is my second time staying at this hotel and both times the elevators were not working. For a popular destination the elevators should always be in proper working conditions. Not having guest fetch their luggage up and down stairs. Another thing for the price they cost for a night, breakfast should be included. I have stayed at establishment that cost way cheaper and free breakfast was provided.

3/10 I would say that that the waterpark is fun and safe for kids. Now my hotel room was a descent size the washroom and view was good but in the hallway smelled like all type of bad substances. This hotel is full of kids so us as adults should take care of them and the hotel should do better too. Another problem was not having a mini fridge or microwave or anything for food. It was an ok experience but I hope that with this review they try to make some changes to the things a lot of people (including myself) have said

The whole experience was disgusting my room was not cleaned I asked for it to be cleaned and they did not clean it the elevators were not working we also lost car keys they lied to us and told us that the room had already been cleaned and the keys were not in there When we asked front desk if we could check one last time the room was not clean and the keys were in there

Unfortunately this place didn’t meet even our lowest expectations. The place as a whole is run down, and in desperate need of some TLC! It appears that the pride for the establishment has taken a hit. Beds are uncomfortable, carpet is pulling apart and heaving. Our shower had rust spots everywhere, when the other unit would shower it would sound like the walls were vibrating. Dirty towels, face towels, etc. The noise and the disruption well into the night was by far the worst I have ever had. Doors slamming, banging, and screaming until all hours of the night. Neither of our three kids slept and we are paying the price! Literally. The representation of the place as a whole is very misleading!! I do not take pleasure in writing negative reviews but this one needed to be said.
