West Inn on Weston - Great for Families

We are one of the few short-term tourist rentals listed on the OFFICIAL Niagara Falls, NY tourism website and have an operating permit for the City of Niagara Falls, so you can feel safe and secure booking with us.

Our space is a great place for families located in a safe neighborhood in Niagara Falls, NY about 5 minutes from The Falls by car.

The rental is a private apartment in a split level home (there is a completely separate upper rental apartment) with a living room, dining room, full kitchen, full bath and two bedrooms.

The living room has been set up to be a third bedroom with a pull-out queen sized bed. Total, the rental can sleep six adult guests.

Because it is one of two private apartments in the home, there is a possibility for noise such as creaky floors or hearing other guests. It is the nature of apartment living.

It also has a patio and grill in the backyard for guests to use.

Decent place, good price

This was a good place to stay during our trip to Niagara Falls. It was very close to most all of the tourist attractions. It was clean and the host was very responsive. The floors were squeaky but overall not a big issue.

Cozy great location.

This place is super conveniently located and near yet far from the rush of the falls and perfect for a family. It has bunk beds which can never go wrong with kids :) James was very responsive and we got to meet him briefly for a issue with the pull out couch , which he promised to replace with a more comfortable and a more proper pull out bed for the next guest, which I am hoping will make it a perfect 5 star :) Overall as a family we had good time here and will return !!

Great location to Niagara Falls

It is a great place close to the falls. Very clean house and plenty of room for a couple and there kids. We will be back for our anniversary. I spoke with James on our way out and he is very personable.

We loved our stay! This house was perfect for our visit to Niagara Falls. It was super clean and plenty of room for my family of 4. A lot of reviews talked about “squeaky floors,” and we got a good laugh about that. We thought it was perfectly authentic to the area. Would highly recommend!

Very Clean Home nicely decorated

The home was very nicely decorated with some great built ins and beautiful hardwood floors. Property was very clean and everything was very basic, but had everything we needed. Met the owner and was very nice and accommodating. Would highly recommend!

The house was right in the village and so cute and comfortable. I loved the midcentury plaster ceilings, the wood trim, the switch plates and the glass door nobs. All was well maintained, so clean and beautiful.

Close to the falls

We had a great time at Niagara Falls staying at this property. It was clean and quiet and we had no issues. Would definitely choose this property to stay at again if we go back another time. The property owner was helpful and communicated well.

Quaint neighborhood!

We enjoyed our stay and the close proximity to the Niagara Falls’ sights! The home was clean, cozy and comfortable! Although other reviewers mentioned the neighborhood you had to drive through to access the property, we had no issues with it and had no safety concerns. As big coffee drinkers, we would recommend the host consider a larger coffee pot! We had a wonderful weekend getaway and highly recommend this property to others visiting the area.

Great Rental

The house was beautifully kept. Great off street parking. Loved the little library! Quick drive to the Falls. The overall area seemed a little run down, but the immediate neighborhood and street were quiet and safe. Would have been happy to stay there longer.

Weekend at the niagara Falls

We really enjoys the house. The house was very clean and had a unique antique style. The hardwood floors were very nice but a little creaky the water pressure in the shower was amazing. The drive to Niagara Falls was short, however, The surrounding neighborhood seemed a little rough.

Great proximity to Falls

The location is only a short drive to the falls and rainbow bridge. Street was quiet and close to neighborhood restaurants. Older house with squeaky floors but it had what we needed. Surrounding streets appeared more run down.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The interior and all the furniture are in great condition. The Falls and all the other attractions are a five-minute drive from the house. If you are coming to Niagara Falls by car, this is a much better option than getting a hotel.

Niagara Falls 2024

Family enjoyed our stay. This simple old house - located in an old old quiet neighborhood provided a close place to stay while we did lots of touristy things in the USA & Canada. Squeaky floors - oh well the house is old. Loved shower pressure! We didn’t stay in the house long as we were sightseeing the majority of our stay! Host was very responsive when I contacted him which was greatly appreciated.

Niagara getaway

The home is located in a rundown neighborhood but the street it's on is nice. So don't be worried when you're trying to find it. We didn't see many neighbors and it was very quiet. Parking is very compact. My Honda hrv fit fine. There is street parking. The home was very clean and instructions were easy to follow. It's only 14 minutes or so from the falls. I'd recommend staying here to my friends and family.
