Poor communication

Positives: good location, clean community and cottage, safe community, good for families. Office staff pleasant and accommodating. Negatives: 1.) Communication with host is terrible. Basic questions about ammenities are not received well. 2.). Booking description says towels and linens are included. After confirming reservation, we received a message that informed us that nothing is included and bring “everything”. When asked for clarification about towels, was told I was a headache. There was 1 towel. 3.) There is NO AC! The booking description says there is AC. When we got there we were informed to not set below 21 degrees C, which is about 74 degrees F. Luckily for us it was cooler weather and really only needed AC the first night. To sum up the booking description is not accurate and communication with the host is terrible.
