"I love the small details! Friendly and attentive customer service. The wine and water and nespresso were nice touches in the room. I appreciate that the facility thought about people with disabilities. I loved the choice of bathroom essentials, it smelled so fresh, I wish there was a lid for the toilet seat and more decaf coffee and tea options in the room."

"Lovely place, very homely, Inna (the manager) makes you feel like a family member, breakfast incleded, choice of eggs, bacon, sausage, french toast, i honestly was expecting continental so this far surpassed my expections (and they did have continental breakfast as well that you can select feom as well on tip of hot breakfast) Will definately visit again next time we visit Niagara on the Lake"

"I would recommend this hotel as a very affordable place to stay in Niagara on the Lake, easy walk to the main street and a couple of good eating options close by. Friendly staff, the room was as described and had nice crisp white sheets and a comfy bed, free continental breakfast was plentiful and the breakfast room was well set up and spotlessly clean. The hotel kindly let us park our car for the day in their carpark, while we were out wine tasting on the day we arrived. "
