Sitting chairs on front porch which is all windows for nice light. Cozy in the evenings to curl up and read a book or play games. Bottom windows crank open for fresh. Ocean View from front yard, walk to the beach.

Kitchen has lots of pots, pans, dishes, cups, microwave, stove, utensils. Hall closet with umbrellas and vacuum.

Patio with table & 6 chairs, umbrella, Propane BBQ. Open Outdoor shower for rinsing off sand. Bin with (5) beach chairs & beach towels. Downtown Niantic 10-15 minutes, shops, antiquing, deli's, restaurants.
