"Great little hotel with 8 small flats. On the second floor of a larger building. One block from the promenade/beach area. Really enjoyed our stay! Only things we did not enjoy was the noise from folks on the floor above us, and from other guests in the hotel very late into the evening a couple of nights. Neither of these issues were the fault of the hotel. Would recommend for a great, less expensive option when staying in Nice!"

The room was clean and had everything I needed-the view of the Massena street, a comfortable bed, a stove, fridge and a microwave. "The apartment is ideally located, with shops and restaurants within easy reach. The promenade du Anglais is minutes away, as well as local transportation, with the tram stop 2 blocks away. A good security system separates the apartments from local residents. The apartment was bright and clean, with a comfortable bed, good shower and blackout curtains. Complementary croissants were hung on your door every morning which was a nice touch. The owner and receptionist were both welcoming and lovely to...
