Constructed more than 140 years ago, the authentic Provencal farmhouse and the domaine buildings and grounds allow guests to enjoy an experience steeped in local culture and charm. At the same time the Villa offers an inspired modern living experience complete with all the comforts and amenities of a home-away-from-home.
Villa Fiori has the distinction of being one of the oldest residences in its immediate area and its immaculate Provencal architecture and furnishings enliven its character and tell a story of flower production for the nearby Grasse perfumeries of bygone times. The property is located in the premier walking, hiking and cycling region just behind the Medieval walled city of Vence.
Villa Fiori is a beautifully restored period villa which includes a Main House that accommodates up to 6 guests (3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms) and an apartment that accommodates 2 guests (1 bathroom) and has 2 child beds. It is perfect for extended family and friends to each have their own living space and facilities distinct from the other guests. The Villa is gated and has parking for up to 3 cars. Villa Fiori is available for holiday rental throughout the year, rented weekly from Saturday to Saturday during the season and with flexible dates at other times of the year.
All of the property offers a tasteful blend of modern and traditional furnishings set on an impeccable backdrop of original materials. Today, where flowers once were tended, a sparkling saltwater swimming pool lies instead. Its generous dimensions of 46 x 16 feet (14 x 5 meters) make it ideal for both lap swimming and relaxing play with family or friends. The views from the pool are amazing. The pool is not heated between June and August but can be heated in September/October and April/May for an extra charge of 360 euros per week with 48 hours notice.
The fully equipped Provencal-style kitchen offers a double entrance and allows cooking to become a focal point of daily life as family and guests circulate to the outside terrace and pool area and back again. Guests can also enjoy the charcoal barbecue, lawn for boules and badminton, pool volleyball, table tennis table, library, Netflix, French TV and board games.
