This fully air-conditioned flat can accommodate up to 4 adults and has a large private swimming pool with private terrace (plancha available) and private garden, petanque court, 2 large bright bedrooms with 160x200 beds and their adjoining shower room as well as a very large laundry room. Private parking in the grounds of the house. Shops nearby but car is recommended. The flat on the 1st floor is occupied by the owner who is very discreet and attentive when needed.

Halfway between the Principality of Monaco and Cannes, at the gateway to Nice, Saint-Laurent-du-Var is an ideal holiday resort.
