- Our apartment can be your home away from home. It is a welcoming relaxing domicile for short or long term visits. 15m2 balcony to watch the sun rise and set. All amenities within a short walk. 4 x glassed windows and doors on street side. Wake up to the sound of the sea! 106cm flatscreen TV mounted on the wall with 180° turntable. Close to countless restaurants, shops, public transportation, and a walk to the Hippodrome, the Cote d'Azur's Horse Racetrack. 5 km to Nice Airport. Attraction is the residents only huge pool located just behind the building, a seldom luxury on the Riviera! Short drive to Antibes, Monaco, Antibesland, Marineland. Enjoy the huge pool, or sit on the beach across the street. Wine and dine from your very own balcony. Free WIFI, and DVD, and now NEW Engish channel box. . 2 balcony loungers. Large pool opened from June-September. Parking on the street in front of and beside that apartment for 1€ half days and 2 € full days available.
