「Location of hotel is excellent: 5 min walk from train station and lots of restaurants nearby. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and convenient for 2 people. Only thing was that only one pillow provided and hallways outside the room have a unique smell, sometimes like urine. Hotel is shared with town residents. Overall, would recommend!」

「There was a few maintenance issues the kitchen cupboard door was broken and so was the wardrobe also we were only given one set of keys despite there being two of us so limited on what we could I did go to the office to ask for a second key and this was declined, also the bed pillows were poor quality and uncomfortable」

「This apt is more like a small suite with 2 small bedrooms. It was a bit hard to find as our GPS took us elsewhere but the link that the host sent worked well. The hearts on the cement columns were barely visible so we had to double check that we found the right place. The lockbox wasnt obvious despite the picture. It would be helpful to put lift up white cover on the photo posted. Please advise people that there are 10 flights of stairs..92 steps in total as it was very hard to get luggage...

「The apartment is located in the heart of Old Nice making it very walkable. There are many restaurants, pastry shops, historic sites and stores nearby. The apartment is fairly spacious and it was clean when we arrived. There are two sets of stairs to walk up to reach the apartment. Our stay was good with the location being the star.」

"This is one of the closest hotel next to the train station. Good for if you have trips around south of France and Nice is your base. The toilet is very new. My assigned room has a red interior, I’m neutral to this style. Overall the hotel is clean and quite new. Air con is very good!!"
