“The good: location, clean, amenities, roomyThe bad: 5th floor (lots of stairs, no elevator), no A/C and no fans: that would be ok but it was hot and the only way to cool down the place was to open the windows and mosquitos everywhere. We got so many mosquitos bites we were miserable. Solution: put screens on windows (didn’t see any on other buildings so doubt that would happen. Maybe provide some fans, is that too much to ask.”

“The air conditioning wss great BUT is only in the living room. This means you have to leave the bedroom door open all night to stay cool. We might as well have rented a studio closer to the centre.
The location is nice and quiet within walking distance of the beach, shops, the tram and the promenade.
However, it was a long walk into the centre of Nice.
The apt itself is very basic and we didn't have enough towels and paper essentials for a week long stay. We were provided with 1 large towel……
