Spanning 183 m², CASA-Mathilda features three spacious bedrooms with air conditioning, each with a queen-size bed (160×200) and its own en-suite bathroom for added privacy and convenience. The bedrooms open onto a terrace with spectacular sea views, providing an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with evening drinks.
The villa’s outdoor space is a true highlight, featuring a heated swimming pool, hot tub, barbecue grill, and chic outdoor furniture nestled in a tranquil garden. The private pool can be heated up to twenty-eight degrees, offering a relaxing space to soak up the Mediterranean sun. Enjoy al fresco dining and gatherings with family and friends around the BBQ grill.
Inside, the open-concept living area is designed with large bay windows that flood the space with natural light, a cozy fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for cooking and dining together.
