Spanning 183 m², CASA-Mathilda features three spacious bedrooms with air conditioning, each with a queen-size bed (160×200) and its own en-suite bathroom for added privacy and convenience. The bedrooms open onto a terrace with spectacular sea views, providing an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with evening drinks.

The villa’s outdoor space is a true highlight, featuring a heated swimming pool, barbecue grill, and chic outdoor furniture nestled in a tranquil garden. The private pool can be heated up to twenty-eight degrees, offering a relaxing space to soak up the Mediterranean sun. Enjoy al fresco dining and gatherings with family and friends around the BBQ grill.

Inside, the open-concept living area is designed with large bay windows that flood the space with natural light, a cozy fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for cooking and dining together. You'll find a microwave, dishwasher, coffee/tea maker, and more to ensure a hassle-free experience.

Heating of the pool is available upon request only in May, June, September, and October, with an extra fee of fifty euros per night.

Because the neighbors are very close, parties are strictly forbidden in the property, outside guests are not accepted and it is not possible to make noise outside after 9:00 p.m.
