Great location convenient to the train station and Nice. Room was very small. Request a room on upper floors or facing the back. The noise wasnt bad on the 1st floor with earplugs but just to give a heads up. Front desk guys are awesome

Firstly, housekeeping was inadequate. The coffee table and used cups were not cleaned, and the tea bags were not replenished. This reflects a lack of basic attention to cleanliness and guest comfort. Secondly, the room was poorly equipped. There was no luggage rack or designated space for luggage, and the bathroom lacked even the most basic amenities such as shelves or holders for toiletries. There was nothing in the shower area to place shampoo or shower gel, which made usage extremely inconvenient. Most concerning, however, was the handling of the tourist tax at checkout. When the staff requested payment, I informed him that I would settle it later. Despite this, and without my consent, the charge was immediately processed on my credit card. This is totally unacceptable and constitutes unauthorised use of my card.

Pegamos um quarto excelente, o hotel é próximo da estação e das ruas principais. Tinha croissant de graca e água à vontade. Pra ir na praia tem uma caminhada, mas o caminho é muito bonito. A recepção é boa, tem um pessoal atencioso.

Bra läge nära till stationen. Hotellrummet var helt okej väldigt lyhört man kunde höra andra gäster och bilar och spårvagnar utanför. Sängen en aning hård. Trevlig personal och de bevarade väskorna åt tills vi kunde checka in.

Le pire hôtel que j'ai fait

J'ai trouvé des punaises de lit dans ma chambre. On m'a chargé de chambre. La literie de la 2ème chambre était vraiment catastrophique avec un trou dans le matelas sur un côté. De plus, bien que les salles de bains soient plutôt propres, les dessous de lits et les angles de la pièce sont sales (j'y ai trouvé des miettes de pain, poussières, une boucle d'oreille...) Enfin l'hôtel est TRES bruyant, même avec les boules Quies difficile de dormir (pas de doubles vitrages), il n'est pas agréable de rester dans la chambre même en fin d'après midi car une musique assez forte provient d'un bar juste en face de l'hôtel.

Plafond bas de la chambre (style incliné) On s’est cogné la tête à plusieurs reprises. Rideaux de fenêtre d’une médiocre qualité. Salle de bain très propre et semblait rénové . Emplacement idéal, tout juste à côté de la gare. Non bruyant malgré les passages fréquents des trains, tramway et bus. Bonne sélection de restauration tout près.

Autant aller ailleurs

Je réserve à l’avance une chambre dans l’hôtel de berne pour 5 nuits, j’arrive le jour J en soirée pour récupérer mes clés. Je vais dans ma chambre, regarde les draps et vois qu'effectivement, ceux-ci ont été faits mais pas changés. Je me retrouve donc avec les draps de la personne ayant précédemment dormi dans cette chambre (touffes de cheveux + taches sur les draps). Je vais à l’accueil présenter le problème, suite à quoi on me répond que l'on peut me ramener des draps, mais pas les changer. J'ai dû me charger de les changer moi-même, car l’équipe de ménage n’est plus là à cette heure-ci et la personne présente à l’accueil est seule et ne peut pas quitter son poste. Je me retrouve donc à faire mon lit à l’hôtel. Attention d'ailleurs, puisqu'ici, les draps s’arrête à housse de couette et draps housse, j'ai dû revenir réclamer des taies d’oreiller et ne les ai jamais eu. J’ai donc demandé au veilleur de nuit afin d'en avoir mais celui ci n’avait pas les clés du local. Soit, je demande donc si je peux avoir une compensation financière étant donné que je paye aussi pour le service et, dans ce cas-là, il n’a pas été fourni. Ce à quoi le réceptionniste me répond que je vais devoir attendre le lendemain matin pour voir un supérieur parce que lui ne peut pas faire ça. Donc lendemain matin je vais voir, demande s'il peut faire quelque chose : eh bien non, parce que « à 30€ la chambre on ne peut pas faire ça ». De plus les draps sont tous tachés, même les propres, si vous comptez
