Looking for a luxurious holiday rental in city center of Nice?
Le Blacas will be the perfect place to stay. This top floor apartment of 70sq.m offers an entrance, a living room with flatscreen and air conditioning, a full equipped open kitchen, a king size bed bedroom with air conditioning, a shower room, a separate toilet. You will love having your breakfast on the two terraces and its sunbeds. All shops and transportations are down the building. Place Massena is at 100m away and the entrance of the old town at 100m away. Perfect for a vacation rental in Nice for business trip or city break.

Dirty and smelly apartment.

This apartment lets down VRBO!! It was not what we expected from the photographs. The toilet bowl was badly stained and under the rim was disgusting and black!! It was like the toilet was not been cleaned. The toilet seat was broken and this was reported to our contact. The rest of the apartment felt in need of a good proper clean too. The shower had mould. The apartment generally did not smell very nice. It was worse in the shower room and we were told it was not an apartment fault but a building fault. We have never experienced this previously in apartment stays in Nice over the last 18 years that we have been going. The smell made us feel sick. There were problems with the electrics. A technician came and said the "cumulus" was broken and as a temporary fix would turn the hot water down to half the temperature. Thereafter we only had barely warm water for showering facilities or dish washing for our whole stay. This is not acceptable. We enjoyed our stay in Nice but did not like staying in this apartment and we would not recommend it and shall never go there again. It has left us feeling that hotel stays are best in the future. We would request compensation/refund as it was very costly to stay in this apartment and we do not feel it gave value for our money at all. In this day and age cleanliness is paramount. It really felt like a health hazard staying here. Photographs can be provided of disgraceful state of toilet and shower.

Très agréable

Tout était très bien, sauf le lit dur comme du bois. Il serait utile que les propriétaires prévoient des surmatelas pour pouvoir faire varier le confort de la literie qui n'est pas au standard des hôtels malheureusement.
