We got the room with the shared bathroom and honestly were expecting much worse. The bathroom and shower were kept very clean. The staff was also very very nice and helpful. We messed up a few times, but they were okay and didn't make a huge deal out of it, which I was thankful for. The bag storage was great as well! Good location, very close to the train station.

It’s in a great location for the train station. Lovely old building but it’s so run down very poor shower and unclean and bed and bedding just old and towels hard as a rock . We had room 1 right beside entrance hall and the noise of people coming in and out at night dreadful. Still think the building is class and could be update particularly the rooms without taking away from its character. The staff couldn’t be nicer.

Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal! Väldigt bra läge nära centralstationen med tåg. Bra förbindelser mellan städerna runt omkring. Lite smutsigt på rummet men det fixade dem när vi sa till!

No wifi. If I pay for a room, I expect to get everything advertised. You can’t say there’s a shower and have no water, you can’t say there’s wifi and it never works. Completely unacceptable. As someone travelling from Canada, I neee wifi to make travel arrangements. Staff was amazing, nothing but great things to say about them. Showers are small and built in a way that it’s impossible not to get water all over the floor. Would be 4-5 stars but as it stands I want a refund

Consiglio vivamente.

Great and helpful staff, but hotel was a bit gone to seed from its Golden Era (the early 1900s?). The room was a little bleak (but with high ceilings) and the bathroom had a heavy plumbing odor (I cannot comment as to if this is the hotel, or just Nice or large). Certain amenities which should have been provided are only available at a surcharge (holding bags, morning coffee, etc.).
