PROs: The location is great if you like night life. It is a very busy part of town, very safe, very lively, full of restaurants, very central for transportation and commerce. On the edge of the old town. The downside is that even on the sixth floor, where I was, you can hear people on the street until 2 or 3 am. It is a non-stop party every day of the week in the summer. The breakfast is good and you get to enjoy it inside or outside, where the street action is. Nice experience on a sunny day in Nice. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. CONs: The rooms are very, very small. In my room I was in, there was a moldy smell.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was close to outdoor cafes and shopping. We were leaving on a boat the next day so were very easily able to walk to the port with our baggage the next day.

We had a triple room which was spacious and provided room for luggage and packs for 3 travelers. The beds were very comfortable and the room quiet. The AC had a hard time keeping up with the excessive heat that was happening during the visit but we were able to sleep well, once we settled down for the night. The room had an ADA bathroom which was ok except for the fact that the entire floor would be wet after a shower. Not a huge deal, but you did have to be careful to not wear socks or drop any clean clothing. The restaurant/bar attached "Foam" was excellent for a great place to have breakfast before heading out for the day or a good beer at the end of the day. Lastly the location was stellar. So many good places easy to walk to, including the metro and train stations.

Hotel was ideally located and near the port (-couple of minutes walk) and close to city centre and all the restaurants and beach - the room was basic and small but clean and a little noisy at night with the bars below but didn’t bother us as we were out ourselves until late -breakfast was ok-not great for us - bacon and coleslaw and chicken slices an odd combination -a device to cook your own boiled eggs (would have liked scrambled but that’s just my opinion) but plenty of bread and fruit and yogurts and some pastries to make up for it so enough to keep us going - all in all a clean but basic hotel in a good location if you’re not bothered about luxuries

Excellent location, clean rooms and friendly staff. The location is very central, the area is full of options for food and drinks (including the bar at the hotel itself). This however also means it gets noisy later in the night (didn’t bother us). The breakfast has little choices but always plentiful. Highly recommended.
