這次兩晚住宿分開預訂，服務人員盡力協助是否能兩晚都同一間房，雖然最後因為預訂已滿未能如願，但兩晚分別住了靠庭院和靠路側的房間，有不同的體驗，靠路側的房間還有小陽台。不同的服務人員都很熱情親切，就和尼斯夏天的陽光一樣燦爛而溫暖。

Hotel is near to the train station so very convenient if travelling by train. Whilst the room we had was small, it was clean and modern. The AC was cold which is great for warmer days. The hotel offered free water dispensers which is great for filling up your water bottles, saving us from having to buy plastic water bottles which is great for the environment. Staff was very friendly. Also loved the smell of jasmine whenever we approached the hotel.

Perfect location and very supportive staff! Every one of the staff members made our stay a pleasant one. They put special effort into making our trip very special and memorable. Great hotel and in an excellent location for the train station. It is about a 15 - 20 min walk to the Old Town where there are loads of restaurants and bars. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel choosing to use the local boulangeries which had delicious pastries. We had a triple room on the fourth floor (room 401) which overlooked the garden area. Balcony had the sun in the afternoon. Room clean and shower powerful. Beds were comfy as were the pillows. Had a fridge, coffee maker (with pods) and a kettle. Staff were very friendly and let us store our luggage as we arrived a few hours before check in at 3pm.

O Hotel Excelsior, em Nice, é muito bem localizado, ideal para quem quer ficar perto da estação de trem. Os funcionários são atenciosos e solícitos — tudo o que pedimos foi prontamente providenciado. Destaque absoluto para o banheiro: excelente, com um dos melhores banhos que já tive em hotel, apesar de os quartos serem um pouco pequenos. Recomendo pela localização, atendimento e conforto do banho.

We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again when in Nice. Location was great within a 5 minute walk to the centre of town. The staff were super friendly and on hand if needed (A big thank you to Alex and Moreen). The room was great (we booked the delixe with balcony overlooking the pool and courtyard area). The rooms were clean and very comfortable and adequate for a city break stay.
