Great location . But rooms are not so clean and you need to watch your things . Someone from Clening team stole my dress . Very disappointed! Can’t relax in this place if you know it can happen.
This is a 2 star facility, we couldn't get a room until 5 pm
No air conditioning in dinning room
Bathroom and shower very small
This being said it's in a great location
Very nice hotel in perfect area , close to alot of places and the small towns both direction is really sweet. Pool and View was extraprdinary, breakfast and room was simple but fine. Wifi was really bad, only minus :)

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
This is a resort best suited for elderly or families with young children. It is really nice, but the pictures might exadurate the grandness and luxury a bit. The whole resort is a bit old and may need a bit of renovation. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was not according to my expectations, neither the breakfast room or the food served. I got flashbacks to being a kid at camp. The pool and outdoors patio is beautiful, but lacks shade.
We spent three nights with a baby and a very active toddler and we couldn’t feel more welcomed. Thanks to all wonderful staff who were very helpful and made this time special
Property and view is gorgeous with lots to do on the property for a family with young children and around the property. It was easy access to numerous towns along the coast and close to the train station.
The hotel facility and location were great. Breakfast and entertainment activities were a plus. Walking access to parking can receive cleaning attention.
Grounds and pool were lovely. Unhappy with our assigned room but they did not hesitate to offer another which we loved. Short walk along the water into town and to the docks with numerous restaurants. Enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra night. Very relaxing.

I really wanted to like this place but the negative reviews were correct. The good: the pool was nice and the views unbeatable. The room size itself was also pretty big and there was parking available. The bad: the room legitimately smelled like sewage the entire trip and the staff had the same response “we will send someone”. But their “fix” was to spray something and hope you don’t come back to complain. Apparently a room that smells like sewage is acceptable. The owners of the property need to invest and they need to fix it or they need to stop booking that room. The other people in my group had an ungodly amount of ants in their room…. So ants or sewage are your options. There was an AC and I requested it be set to 22C (the minimum in France) but they disregarded my request and the room was so hot at night.
Overall I recommend this hotel if you want good views and you have no sense of smell.
Great service at reception, especially Nicolas and Amanda. Very good stay, facilities in good condition, excellent breakfast, top quality restaurant, perfect pool. The only thing missing was some sports/nautical recreation and the addition of Pao de Queijo for breakfast.
The Delcloy staff has always been very friendly and helpful. The team of animators has been exceptionally nice and inclusive to us and our daughter (despite us not speaking French) and provided great entertainment and shows.

Great location. Average accommodations
Great location.
Room ok! Air conditioning not great
Breakfast ok. Not a great choice of fresh fruit or vegetables
Staff very helpful
Planned, and prepaid, to stay 4 days, left after 2! Location and view is great, everything else is truly terrible!
Ants invasion in the room at check in. Told the front desk who sent cleaners the next day to no avail.
Heavy smell of mold in the room and visible fungus in shower.
Ants also all over the breakfast buffé. Abundance of pigeons and associated feces inside and outside the dining area. One of em took a dump in our yoghurt while eating.
A boy threw up violently on the door and floor of the breakfast diner; they wiped the floor, left the door. Dried vomit still on the door the next morning.
No refund with the motivation that ”you live in nature”, accompanied with a shoulder shrug, with regards to the ants. Even though shown pictures and video of ants in bed, bathroom, towels, tables, floors.
The whole resort is in a poor worn down state and hasen’t been cleaned since de Gaulle was president.
The staff is about as freindly and forthcoming as an airport security line!
Undoubtedly the worst Hotel experience of my life this far. Avoid at all cost for a good time, but a must stay if conducting a case study in Hotel and service mismanagement.
Great location and views are the main attraction of this hotel. There is direct access to the promenade path that runs all round Cap Ferrat and which is ideal for early morning or evening walks and runs. The large six-bed family rooms are good value for families, with a pair of bunk beds in a separate room; although the accommodation blocks aren’t especially attractive and we had lots of ants in our ground floor room. The half board option worked well for us with a buffet that our kids likes. Food quality ok but range limited. The pool is very nice and the area for sunbeds and drinks offers great views.
