Beautiful stay at an amazing property. Exactly as described and looks just like the photos. Serge & Marcelle were wonderful hosts, very responsive and always happy to help to ensure our stay was amazing. Pool area is beautiful with great views and the rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. The property is located a little way from most amenities on a hill, so a car is recommended but it's easy if you have one.

Wonderful view

Great location for a family to discover Nice and the Côte d’Azur. Wonderful over sea and mountains and great terrace for a nice dinner after a refreshing stay in the pool. The host have been very kind and everything worked out and great.

All that we needed and more

Marcelle and Serge, the homeowners, have created an oasis 2.5km up the hill from Magnan by convenient 10min bus ride. The apartment is perfectly appointed with anything you could imagine and modern touches. The comfort of the balcony, the view, and the pool make it hard to leave home but once in Magnan along the Promenade, further transportation is readily accessible, as are markets, banks, restaurants and beaches. The bus/rail pass is 20E/week renewable on line. It’s the perfect place to make a vacation!

An absolute gem!

We had a wonderful time here. Marcelle and Serge are lovely, friendly and helpful hosts, and were always happy to chat and offer advice. The apartment itself is immaculate, with amazing views of the mountains and Nice, which can be enjoyed from the two patio areas. The '60/61' bus stops 50m up the road, and runs regularly through the day and into the evening. The walk down to the sea front is fine, but a bit steep and takes about 20 minutes, and the bus is great for returning to the apartment. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the washer and drier were a bonus, meaning we needed to pack less for our stay. The location of the apartment means that there is normally a breeze, keeping it cooler than the town itself, which is great when the temperatures start to climb! We all had a lovely stay, and agreed that we would love to return, if we are in the area again.

This is an excellent rental location, with an outstanding view of Nice and its bay. The apartment is spotless (you could eat off any surface in this flat), it is superbly equipped, from the dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, planche bbq, plenty of cutlery and crockery. The air-conditioning is also very efficient. The black-out shutters also ensure a very good night’s sleep. The flat is spacious - we were 4 adults and 2 young children and wanted for nothing. The pool is well protected when not in use if you have young children. We had sole use and loved every minute of it. Marcelle and Serge are always nearby if you need anything, but don’t interfere. They are extremely friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this to friends and family, and I would happily come back. The bus service is frequent and reliable, though I did walk into town and back one morning, which is steep, but manageable. The only tiny downside is that there is no bakery within easy walking distance, but that is not the fault of Marcelle and Serge, ignoring this minor thing, the flat couldn’t be better located. Unbelievably perfect property. Best views in nice. The rental was immaculate. The unit is incredible, everything a family could need and more. Kitchen was excellent, terraces were breathtaking. Beautiful Stay & Accommodating Hosts

This may be the best stay / experience I've ever had with a vacation rental. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and walked us through everything in the apartment, as well as local recommendations. We were made incredibly comfortable in their home and given assurance we could reach out to them with any questions or concerns. I would recommend this location and this loving family to anyone visting Nice. Merci beaucoup Serge et Marcelle, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. I hope to return someday!

Outstanding Accommodation with wonderful hosts

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our hosts Serge and Marcelle were friendly and helpful. Accommodation is outstanding, our hosts have thought of everything. From towels, kitchen equipment, sun beds you will want for nothing. The view is unbelievable, both of the sea and Mountains. Our hosts also invited us to join them to sample local delicacies and home made wine. A lovely touch. There is a bus stop right outside the accommodation with regular buses down to the Promenade, otherwise it is about a 30 minute walk. Be warned though it is very steep downhill walk, and definitely steeper walking back up! We would definitely recommend this property and will be to both our friends and family. We look forward to our next visit.

Tolle Aussicht und Ausstattung

Sehr modern und vollständig ausgestattete FeWo im ersten Stock mit sehr netten Gastgebern im EG. Alles top gepflegt, es fehlt absolut nichts an Ausstattung. Direkter Blick vom großen Balkon auf Nizza und das Meet. Besonders auch für Familirn mit Kondern gut geeignet.

wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Nizza

Wir waren 6 Tage mit unseren 2 kleinen Kindern (1 und 3) in der Unterkunft. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und die Unterkunft wurde uns genauestens erklärt. Alles war super sauber und die Küche wahnsinnig toll ausgestattet. Der Blick über Nizza war ein Traum und die Erfrischung im Pool perfekt. Wir haben auch Waffeln mit Eis bekommen. Einziger Nachteil ist doch der weitere Weg nach Nizza und das man mit dem Auto jedes Mal das Tor und eine Sicherungskette auf und zu machen muss. War mit 2 kleinen Kindern immer wieder eine kleine Herausforderung. Würden aber immer wieder kommen!

Tolle Wohnung mit unvergesslichem Ausblick

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. In der Küche findet sich alles, was man braucht (Küchentücher, Spülmaschinentabs, Spüli etc.) Der Ausblick von den wunderschönen Terrassen ist phänomenal. Die Gastgeber sind sehr liebenswürdig und haben zu einem Aperitif eingeladen. Man braucht für die Wohnung entweder ein Auto oder muss die direkt angrenzende Buslinie in die Stadt/an den Strand nutzen.

Aussergewöhnlich schöne Wohnung mit tollem Meerblick

Wir haben als Familie in dieser neuen und sehr gut ausgerüsteten Wohnung eine Woche Ferien genossen. Serge und Marcelle haben uns freundlich empfangen und uns immer wieder Ausflugs- und Restaurant-Empfehlungen gegeben. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und für 4-5 Personen perfekt eingerichtet. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und der Garten ist sehr gepflegt. Gerne empfehlen wir diese Wohnung weiter!
