The kitchen is both unique and fully equipped, with everything you need to prepare meals: stovetop, microwave, coffee machine, retro-style refrigerator, full set of dishes, and a dining area.

Self check-in is available, keys can be collected from a partner merchant located 5 minutes away on foot.

Enjoy the atmosphere of our neighborhood, Avenue Auber in Nice. Easy access to bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants. The Liberation market is close. The Promenade des Anglais and the beaches are a 15-minute walk away. Explore the city near the beaches and shops.
Other Things to Note:
The stay is customizable via services offered after the reservation is confirmed. Professional cleaning is carried out by us, and linen is provided.
Non-smoking accommodation and pets are not allowed.
Paid parking possible on the street, subject to availability.
When the reservation is validated, a registration form will be sent to you.
Please respect the places and elements made available. Fees of up to €2,500 may be charged for the following reasons:
-dirty and/or stained laundry
-dishes not washed, trash not thrown away, excessive dirt
-loss of key or broken key
- non-compliance with internal regulations
-smell of cigarettes or presence of butts
