Large modern villa with swimming pool.

Reservations are accepted from Saturday 4 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m. only.
In low season (Winter), advantageous rate to be discussed with the owner. Price on request for weekend, Cannes Film Festival, Monaco Grand Prix, ...
Comfortable and friendly, the villa is located in a quiet area on a wooded plot where you will only hear the cicadas and enjoy the sun all day around the pool.
It is equipped with everything you need for an excellent stay with family or friends.

The villa is located near the beaches and shops (Polygone Riviera). Nice Airport is 6 km away .. Close to historic tourist sites (Saint-Paul-de-Vence, Grasse, old center of Nice ...). For golf lovers, very beautiful courses (Opio, Valbonne, ...) are located 20 minutes from the villa. The location of the villa also offers many hiking possibilities.

The villa is composed of 4 bedrooms for a capacity of 8 people. It also has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs, 1 of which is separate. In addition to the 3 terraces, the villa offers all the comforts of modern life:
