Beautiful city, great base

Great visit with beautiful weather and lots of lovely food and attractions. The apartment was a great base and had lovely views. It was really spacious with 3 bedrooms and a large lounge and kitchen/diner. It was a little tired in terms of lots of decor and fixtures that needed a bit of sprucing up however it had everything we needed and suited us well. The balcony was great with fantastic views BUT as it's near the road it is noisy (didn't bother us) however the neighbour smoked and that was something we didn't like but nothing we could do about it and appreciate it's the chances you take. Overall really enjoyed the stay and the accommodation was comfy and suited our needs.

Perfect location in Nice

This apartment is in the best location…right on the Promenade and close to Vieux Nice. Large comfortable space. Very enjoyable to sit on the balcony and watch the sea and activity on the Promenade. Definitely a good value. Replace light bulbs that are burned out. Also, with a very early airport departure it was inconvenient to have to drop the keys. It would be nice if there was a way to simply leave them in the apartment, as the door locks when closed.

Beautiful View

If you are renting this apartment, you are doing it for the view. It is outstanding. The location is wonderful, a quick walk to the old town and numerous good restaurants, boulangeries within a couple blocks. The apartment is clean, spacious and secure. Check in / out was easy, if a bit impersonal. The bedrooms are removed from the street and were quiet. Do not expect any frills like a bottle of wine or coffee supplies. On the downside, the showers are very small. Anyone who wears a XXL probably won't fit. Also, on the dangerous side, the shower water temp fluctuates between freezing and scalding, especially when other water sources are turned on. The apartment is not particularly well decorated with the fixtures being a bit worn. There is some water damage. The beds may be too hard for some. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and we recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in this unit. The location is perfect as well as the view. Very good security. Showers are extremely small and there is a bunch of peeling/damaged drywall in the unit but overall a great stay.

Fabulous view and perfect location

Great location overlooking the sea. Easy access to everything. The apartment was clean, spacious, very stark but had the essentials. The washing machine was a plus. Apartment needs some maintenance as some outlets didn’t work. I recommend this apartment for couples or family if you don’t need luxury.

Wonderful Apartment in a FABULOUS Location

My husband and I and another couple spent five nights in this lovely apartment. I have to be honest in stating that I prefer to have someone meet us at an apartment and explain the workings of all the equipment. Unfortunately, the keys needed to be picked up at a different location. Fortunately, this key collection location was close to the apartment, but I still prefer personal contact. We did have several issues with the apartment such as the inability to lower the temperature in the “front” bedroom and to have water hot enough to take showers. These issues were promptly addressed and corrected by the property manager. The property was VERY spacious, with ample room for two couples. We LOVED the outdoor balcony and used it everyday. The apartment’s location could not have been more perfect! Obviously there is a phenomenal view of the Côté d’Azur and its proximity to Vieux Ville was amazing. We enjoyed the apartment very much.

Great experience

Can easily accommodate a family of four. The view of the Mediterranean is outstanding! Some quirks with the apartment such as the hot water boiler tripping the circuit and washer going for a lot longer than timer indicates but overall a great experience.

This apartment was exactly what was advertised. It was in the center of the promenade which made walking to everything easy. Absolutely beautiful view. Clean apartment with lots of space. It was just wonderful. I will book here again on my next trip! The concierge was responsive and checkin/out was easy. The location of our parking pace for the rental car was also just wonderful. Thank you so much!!

Tres bel appartement - situation ideale

Appartement qui correspond a l annonce Sublime vue panoramique. Jolie terrasse. Appartement au coeur du carre d or. Proche de toutes commodités. Tres grand salon avec grand canapé confortable et grande tv. Jolies chambres Tres bonne communication avec la conciergerie qui gere l appartement. Au moindre soucis ils repondent presents rapidement. 2 Cabines de douche tres etroite mais petite attention avec mini gel douche et shampoing. Seul bemol : la chasse des toilettes qui fuit et la cuisine bien amenagee mais peut pratique (cf photo de l annonce) . Nous reviendrons certainement. Merci

Très agréable

+ La vue sur la mer est spectaculaire, un grand salon avec de grands canapés confortables, deux salles de bains et WC, une vraie terrasse avec une table pour 6, un parking à proximité, parfait pour une famille de 5 sans se sentir à l'étroit. - Bien que situé au 4eme étage, le balcon est bruyant car la promenade des anglais est à 4 voies à cet endroit là La cuisine integree est très malcommode, tous les éléments sont encastrés dans des placards, il n'y a pas de plan de travail. Nous avons eu 3 soucis successifs avec la plomberie et l'electro ménager , la conciergerie s'est très bien occupée de les résoudre et nous avons eu un dédommagement, mais il faudrait quand même mieux vérifier l'appartement avant de le louer. Personnellement pas fan du système de contact de la conciergerie uniquement via une application même si ça s'est avéré efficace.

The location and the view are fantastic. The agency people are nice and attentive, they answer promptly to anything you need. Spacious bedrooms with nice closet space. Difficult kitchen system. Hard to explain, look at the pictures. But this is a good apartment, confortable, in a beautiful building with an amazing view.
