  • Welcome to SQUARE PROMENADE, a pleasant apartment located in the Carré d'Or district, in a luxury residence with direct access to the Promenade des Anglais.

    Optimally furnished, it offers a beautiful air-conditioned living room with open-plan kitchen, a Zen-style adult bedroom and a mezzanine bedroom. A fully renovated shower room and separate toilet.

    SQUARE PROMENADE is ideally located in the Carré D'Or downtown area. It's in a lively district with a multitude of shops (bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.).

The apartment is perfectly located as the building has an entrance both on rue de France and on promenade des Anglais. Everything (shops, beach, restaurants, post office, etc) was at walking distance.

Great value close to the beach

The kitchen was well furnished and the living space was comfortable for four adults with two couches and a large dining table. There was a close washer and a drying rack. The main bedroom was fine for two adults.

The location is great. However, parking is quite unclear. We did not know that has to be booked upfront and to be a different location. Parking nearby is very expensive per day around 40Eur range!

Mattress was very hard and not comfortable, along with the pillows that were very lumpy. For an apartment, it had nothing or came with anything aside from salt and 1 trash bag. Be prepared to buy everything that you may need to cook with, or any other basic needs for your stay. Location was very good however.

We had a week booked here and we left two days in. The AC was broken and was dripping water all over the apartment. The drain was not working in the shower and the whole bathroom flooded. We contacted the host and had no response. The only good thing about this place is the location. It’s dark, old and felt like a dungeon. Do not stay here!
