Great location!

Great location with most amenities which are needed. Excellent response from concierge. Recommend additional large towels for guests as well as additional garbage bags to assist with garbage removal.

A cosy, efficient apartment with AC throughout 3 blocks from the Promenade and Hotel Negresco in a quiet building with a lift. Perfect location with bus and tram outside the front door, numerous restaurants, supermarkets within a couple of blocks, regional train station and the Nice Tennis Club within 15 minutes walk. Can walk or take the tram/bus to Place Massena, the old city. Very responsive host with flexible check in.

Nous avons visité Nice à pieds, cela se fait facilement sans voiture, arpenter les ruelles de la ville, les musées, les églises fut un vrai plaisir sans oublier la colline du chateau à faire absolument.La location était très bien située, au calme, proche des commerces et de la promenade des Anglais avec tout le confort.Un regret cependant, le manque de notices pour l'utilisation du matériel, surtout la télévision... manque d'informations également pour le dépôt des ordures ménagères, il nous a fallu chercher où, et quand les sortir. Quelques infos nous auraient bien servi.
