A bright and modern studio, completely renovated in March 2018 in the center of Nice.

In an Art Deco building with lift, 500 meters from the Vieux Nice, 800 meters from the sea and Place Masséna, many restaurants nearby.

High quality bedding, air conditioning, free WiFi. Very well equipped.
Possibility of paid parking nearby.

The apartment is located in the city center, all tourist attractions, museums, the beach, restaurants, the Old Town, Place Massena are easily accessible on foot!
Nevertheless, right next to the building you will find a bus stop that serves the different areas of the city and the airport,
The train station is an 8-minute walk away and the trains will take you to Cannes, Monaco or Eze.
