  • On the heights of VENCE with a superb exceptional panoramic sea view and a unique dominant position at the top of a hill, Welcome to Mas des Oliviers#1 occupies the entire ground level of a villa Le Mas des oliviers has 2 very spacious accommodation of around 105m and have been designed for privacy as each occupies an entire level of the Mas with private ground floor access, parking, private entrance and very large private terrace facing a panoramic sea view from Nizza to Cannes with private entrance and parking 3 bedrooms with wardrobe, including 1 master suite. 2 bathrooms 2 WC and its very large private terrace with a breathtaking sea view. The large terrace is partly covered ( dinning area with charcoal BBQ) and partly sunny (bathsunning area) . The Mas des Oliviers#1 is perfectly equipped: high-end bedding, large windows facing the sea view , linen, classified as 5 ***** tourist accommodation.
    The House is in Provencal style using old materials such as cut stones from the land and actuel equipment and decoration.
    Le Mas des Oliviers is part of the Mas d'Azur property which comprises 2 very spacious and recent apartments #1 and #2 : each occupying an entire level of the Mas des Oliviers with private ground acces.
    The magnificent heated pool of 14m x 4m of the property (shared between the 2 homes of the property ), inscribed in a stone restanque. The swimming pool is heated from mid April to beginning of October ( could be extended depending on the weather ) .

    The property is located 500m above sea level and has retained a natural aspect (Refuge L. P.O) with its stone terraces, natural meadows, olive trees, oaks, lavenders. Here we respect our natural environment and use products that reduce our impact on nature (no pesticides or chemicals in the garden, recycling of water and waste, solar energy) This is the ideal place for those who like peace and want to relax in a preserved natural setting with an exceptional sea view. Personalized and friendly welcome from the owners living in the neighboring property. The property is located 2kms from the center of Vence, a charming Provencal village, shops and restaurants, a vehicle is essential because the property is located on the heights (small mountain road which climbs for the last kilometer : not very easy the first time but garanties a unique location with a exceptionnal sea view !) ***** for Mas des Oliviers

Das Mas ist traumhaft gelegen, mit toller Aussicht Richtung Nizza und Antibes. Die Einrichtung ist modern, geschmackvoll, hochwertig und gut durchdacht. Beautiful place

Marc was a great host and was quick to respond to communication and was able to accommodate all our requests. The house was perfect, beautiful, clean and quiet. The prettiest surrounding views ever, outdoor area and pool were the highlight of the property. Definitely would stay again.

Relaxing in Vence

Stayed six nights at this wonderful property, found that it had everything we needed and more! The view was amazing and the grounds were also a delight with olive trees and herbs growing wild. Highly recommend!!

Quelle merveille que la vue depuis cette villa, sur les hauteurs de Vence! accès en voiture "technique" car très escarpé mais une fois qu'on y est, c'est magnifique. Les hôtes sont charmants et la villa de grande qualité. Nous reviendrons !

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in Vence verbracht. Das Haus ist wunderschön und geräumig. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet und die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend schön und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Francoise und Marc sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist optimal um die Dörfer und Städte in der Umgebung zu erkunden. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder buchen.

Beautiful home near Vence

Everything about our stay was perfect. Well furnished holiday home with everything we needed. Views down to the coast and overlooking Vence were amazing to wake up to each morning. Marc and Françoise were very friendly, helpful and communicated really well before we arrived and during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Clean, comfortable and peaceful!

Tolle Wohnung in erhöhter Lage

Diese Ferienwohnung ist hochwertig und liebevoll ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung ist komplett - keine Notwendigkeit, eigene Küchentools etc. mitzubringen. Der Blick in 500m Höhe übers Meer ist so wunderbar, das er die steile Anfahrt vergessen lässt (man gewöhnt sich daran). Der Pool ist einfach super. Marc und Francoise sind äußerst liebenswürdige Gastgeber. Merci pour un séjour formidable.

Calme, confort et vue incroyable

Malgre une meteo pas toujours radieuse en ce debut avril, nous avons passe un agreable séjour dans cette maison tout confort (tout semble neuf) accrochée à la montagne sur les hauteurs de Vence (à 5 minutes en voiture par une route un peu escarpée). La vue sur toute la côte est eblouissante, meme depuis la piscine, qui trouve sa place dans un jardin en terrasses. Point de départ idéal pour des randonnées dans le massif montagneux. Hôtes prévenants et sympathiques!

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Vence war für 2 Wochen der Ausgangspunkt für die Dörfer und Städte der Region.Das Haus bietet dank der Höhenlage einen tollen Blick über die Küste von Nizza bis Antibes, liegt dabei aber sehr schön ruhig. Ausstattung und Pflegezustand waren wirklich hervorragend und die Vermieter Françoise und Marc sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in Vence in 2 – 3 km Entfernung, ein Fahrzeug ist aber wegen des Höhenunterschieds von ca. 300 m zu empfehlen. An die Zufahrt über die Serpentinen hat man sich schnell gewöhnt.Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder buchen.

A Beautiful Home in a Beautiful Place

Everything about this house was "top shelf." Clean, spacious, well-equipped and THAT VIEW! Marc and Francoise met us upon arrival, showed us around, offered tips on the area and even left a bottle of champagne and a fresh pastry to celebrate our friends' anniversay. So thoughtful. The pool was wonderful and the grounds were gorgeous. We will be back.

Traumurlaub in Vence

Wir hatten eine äußerst angenehme Woche in dem sehr großzügigen, sauberen und geschmackvoll ausgestatteten Haus der Familie Lebret. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, die Kommunikation war reibungslos und wir haben die Ruhe "auf dem Berg" sehr genossen. Auch mit VW Bus waren die letzten 1,5 km der Zufahrt gut zu bewältigen, vielleicht nichts für Fahranfänger... Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Prachtig uitzicht

Het appartement heeft een prachtig uitzicht met in de verte de zee en op de voorgrond de groene omgeving. Het huis bestaat uit 2 appartementen boven elkaar en een gedeeld zwembad, maar wij hebben de bovenburen niet gezien of gehoord. De eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam en het appartement zelf is schoon met een strak design. Het weggetje er naartoe is een uitdaging maar als je er dan bent is het een prachtig plekje.

Ein Refugium für Ruhe mit Blick über die Cotê

Rundum gelungenes Objekt mit liebevoller Versorgung. Sehr saubere großzügige Villa, atberaubende Terrasse mit weitem Blick über Vence und die Côte d’Azur! Der Pool ist wunderbar und die Entspannung garantiert. Bei Problem hat ist Marc sofort zur Stelle. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Herrliche Lage in Vence

Wir waren über Ostern in diesem schönen Ferienhaus oberhalb von Vence in schönster Natur. Das Haus läßt keine Wünsche offen, wunderbar eingerichtet, schöne Terrasse und beheizter Pool! Sehr nette Vermieter, wir fühlten uns wie zuhause! Mit VW Bus etwas abenteuerlich zu erreichen. Wenn man oben angekommen ist, wird man aber mit dem schönen Haus entschädigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Vence is a great area

We loved Vence and the house. It was perfect for us that prefer a much slower pace than in the city of Nice. The house was perfect for four girl friends. The views are absolutely out of this world. We spent so much time on the porch just looking out over the area. It is a drive up the into the mountains and the roads are narrow, but we did just fine after the first day and night. The location near Vence was ideal. We loved the restaurants and markets around the area and spent the majority of our time there and in St. Paul de Vence. Really easy to get to from the Nice airport. The tolls are less than 1 Euro each way. We would highly recommend and would stay there again if ever back in the area.

Un très beau gite avec une superbe vue !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au mas des oliviers, qui était bien équipé, propre et confortable, et au calme. La vie est très belle par beau temps, depuis la terrasse ou la piscine ! Les informations fournies par les hotes pour l'arrivée étaient très complètes, seuls les lacets sur la route d'accès nous ont un peu inquiétés en faisant le trajet sous la pluie, mais tout s'est bien passé au final ! Marc et Françoise ont été attentionnés et ont été arrangeants sur l'heure de départ, comme le passage de l'ironman nous bloquait le trajet. Merci encore ! Un très beau séjour que nous avons quitté à regret.
