    It is a large contemporary apartment recently renovated and air-conditioned of 110 square metres. Moreover, it is located in a 5-star hotel in the heart of Nice.



    Plaza Terrace by Riviera Holiday Homes is composed as follows:



    - 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with 2 beds of 80 cm each that can be joined together to make a Queen size bed (160 cm), the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds and a trundle bed,

    - 2 bathrooms: 1 with shower, bathtub and 1 toilet and the other with bathtub and 1 toilet

    - a bright living room opening onto a terrace with panoramic views of the Promenade des Anglais and the sea,

    - a fully equipped separate kitchen,

Nice apartment- great location

Location Comfortable beds Rental linens and towels good quality Great view from terrace Attentive staff at hotel lobby Good coffee machine Nice to have a small supply of coffee/ dish soap etc left for us Easy key pick up and drop off Able to enter a couple of hours earlier on arrival day Needs to be painted: lots of peeling paint Poor water pressure in shower of bathroom with washing machine Very few utensils to cook with Need more knives for cutting etc We know this is beyond your control: loud construction next door starting at 8 am and lasting most of day
