Nice in Nice

We had a very pleasant stay. Definitely recommend getting the parking option as parking is limited. Very walkable to the beach and restaurant areas and casino. Very comfortable room with warm check-in staff.

I had a wonderful 7-night stay at Residence Carlton and would absolutely stay here again. The location is the biggest advantage. It was the perfect base for exploring the French Riviera and nearby Italy. During my stay I visited Menton, Ventimiglia, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Nice, Antibes, and Èze, all with ease. The train station is only about a 7-minute walk away, making day trips incredibly convenient. Uber was also very reliable, despite some reviews suggesting otherwise. I never had any issues getting a ride and even scheduled an early morning Uber to the airport for my departure. The hotel itself is clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. The rooms are spacious, and most, if not all, have a private terrace, which was a huge plus. Each room also includes a refrigerator, microwave, espresso machine, dishes, silverware, and glasses, making it perfect for a longer stay. The beach is just a short walk away. If you want to visit another beach club, it’s an easy Uber ride. Ispent a day at Baïa Bella, which was only about 10 minutes away. Everything you need is within walking distance, including restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, pharmacies, and other shops. The breakfast buffet was very good, with fresh baguettes, croissants, and pastries delivered daily. The staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The pool is small but charming, with comfortable lounge chairs, and the beautiful garden adds to the relaxing atmosphere. Parking is also available for

Great place. Bathroom is a little dated. But everything else is new and super clean. There is a kitchenette. Great choice of cups, glasses. No dishwasher. Great balcony. I stayed in the studio with Mountain View. Very peaceful. Would stay again.

Nice quiet hotel with excellent staff

The hotel is nicely located in a very peaceful and quiet area but still very close to the train station and bus. Restaurants near by. The staff was very helpful to us. Breakfast was ok with cold cuts and eggs you can boil yourself. Extra thanks to good toilet paper. I will stay again.
