It’s like a YMCA for more than 100 euro per night. Not easy to find its parking lot and the ramp of the parking is tiny. You will for sure scratch your car if you drive a SUV. Overall it’s clean but premature to host guests as many details are yet done.

Most of the staff was friendly and courteous, yet a couple of the cleaning staff were quite unfriendly. When I wanted to hand them my trash bag, they barely looked at me and picked up their phone for a personal call. The friendliness of the rest of the staff, made up for it.

Aucun affichage apparent de la route, introuvable avec Google Maps et Apple Maps. On a perdu près d'une heure à chercher, pris dans les sens uniques, les détours. Bref, il faut chercher le Parking Nouvel’R au 151 Boulevard René Cassin. Encore là aucun affichage qui indique que c'est le stationnement de l'hôtel, ni à l'extérieur, ni à l'intérieur. C'est dans la cage d'escalier qu'il est possible de trouver une petite enseigne qui informe l'étage à atteindre pour l'hôtel. L'hôtel est bien, les chambres très propres et lits bien confortables, intéressant d'avoir une petite cuisine. Génial d'être si près de l'aéroport. Nous avions loué 4 chambres, l'une d'entre elles sentait le poisson, il n'y a eu aucun problème de changer de chambre. Dans l'une de celle-ci on entendait des bestioles courir dans le plafond pendant la nuit.

So this is walking distance from the airport but google maps placement is off and you have to find it in an office plex of buildings. Everything else was fine. Check in, room clean. But we got back late and all the room keys weren’t working and no one except a security could open our doors since no reception was around to give new keys. Dropped the stars because of that. Really soured the night to come back to that hassle. Everything else was good. 👍

The accommodation is advertised as an “aparthotel,” implying it operates under serviced apartment conditions. However, this was not clearly communicated at the time of booking. Breakfast was noted as “available upon request” for a fee of approximately €15, while housekeeping was listed simply as “upon request,” with no mention of an associated cost. Based on this information, we proceeded with the booking under the impression that housekeeping would be included upon request. Unfortunately, our first night was extremely uncomfortable. The air conditioning in our room was not functioning, and the only alternative offered was a portable fan, which was both inadequate and extremely noisy. To make matters worse, the in-room telephone was not working, requiring us to go downstairs in person to address the issue. We had man mosquitos, which made it difficult to sleep. We highly recommend bringing insect repellent. Additionally, if you are considering booking this hotel, we strongly advise a room with a balcony. The rooms are small, ventilation is poor, particularly in the bathrooms, the space quickly becomes stuffy and uncomfortable. On a positive note, the hotel is conveniently located near train and tram stations and is within walking distance of the airport. However, a significant drawback is the lack of nearby restaurants and supermarkets. The few that are in the vicinity have limited hours. Therefore, if you book here, we suggest bringing your own towels and grocery!
