  • Enjoy a pleasant stay in Nice in this fully equipped 18 m² studio, located in the quiet Vernier district—perfect for two guests. The bright living area features a sofa bed, TV, and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped for easy meal preparation, and there’s a shower room for your convenience. Air conditioning ensures a comfortable environment throughout your stay.



    A public parking lot is nearby, making arrival by car hassle-free. The location is ideal for exploring Nice: just a few minutes’ walk from the SNCF train station, tram, and main city routes. You can easily reach the old town, the Promenade des Anglais, or the airport.



    The Vernier neighborhood is also close to Gare du Sud (3 minutes on foot), a lively spot with restaurants, bars, and the famous Libération market, open daily.

There were many things broken or not functioning correctly in the apartment. The local hosts responded to my complaints but could do nothing about the problems. They should have refunded me but only apologized for the condition the apartment is in. They said they would contact the owners but I never heard back. I would not recommend this rental. It was much smaller than advertised and the broken things were safety issues. There was no seal under the door allowing insects to crawl right in the room!
