Fantastic apartment

Beautiful property! Everything is as listed - VERY clean and comfortable. The garden and pool area are amazing…just wish the weather had been nicer so we could have used it more, but that’s something no one can control :) The balcony, however, was excellent and used a lot!

Excellent stay in a house with a privileged location

Ideal house for stays with family or friends, combining comfort and practicality. Pets can have fun in the garden, as can children who will enjoy an equipped play area (trampoline, swing). In short, an exceptional location! We look forward to staying again this summer to take full advantage of the superb swimming pool.

Pure happiness

We stayed with family and friends in VILLA ANGEL a second time and like the first time we were delighted with our stay (too short). Lots of space, you feel at home, nothing is missing, the view is breathtaking and the garden is great for children and animals. We will come back in the summer soon.

Nice place with great views

Nice place with great views. Some parts, especially outside (entrance/pool area) could be better taken care of. But owner was really helpful and nice and eventhough they live in the same building, you had your own privacy: we had the pool area to our selves almost all the time. There was a construction site (they were building a house) next to this house which was pretty loud during the days - maybe something that should have been mentioned when making the reservation. Overall we had great holiday here!

Beautiful sunsets, but not tranquil

My wife and I just spent a week here (arrived June 20/15). We were looking for a central location near Nice but also wanted something quiet, serene. That was how the place was marketed. It was central (but make sure you rent a small car since the roads are very, very narrow everywhere and bring a huge amount of patience and nerves - the drivers don't understand or show any sense of courtesy and the drive to the vila is up a windy mountain road where oncoming traffic is routinely in your lane, at twice the speed limit. Be ready for your spouse to scream at a moment's notice!). As for the serene part: - the next door neighbor's kids scream in their pool next door, day and night (don't ask the owners of this villa to help - they don't want to upset the neighbors and won't do anything about it). We even talked to the neighbors ourselves, in vain. - the owners of the villa had parties 3 nights out of the 7 nights we stayed there. A couple of the parties were quite loud. And since the French smoke like chimneys, we had to go inside and close our doors to avoid the smoke. Thanks for the great European doors and windows, because they kept the loud parties to dull roars and kept oxygen in our apartment. - when the neighbor's kids weren't screaming like they were being attacked by wild boars, their dog would bark to replace the momentary silence. That was a nice touch. - this is a residential area so expect the sounds of a "normal" suburb. We heard the sound of chainsaws many times, dump trucks unloading rocks and gravel, scooters and loud motorcycles racing on the road next to the villa in a hurry to get to work at 6 am each day, and people watching TV in the evenings. We did end up having one day when no one was around and could enjoy the view and the pool. That was a good day. But we were always anxious about going back because we expected anything but a quiet place to relax after a long day. The sunsets are amazing but we only enjoyed it in solitude one night. Overall, it was a good sized apartment and close to most of the sights in and around Nice. But unless you are deaf and don't mind living with another family below and beside you that treat you as if they were close relatives but wished you weren't really there, I suggest looking elsewhere.

We stayed for 2 weeks and we had a very good time. The property and view where beautifull. We had 2 dogs with us and it was very dog friendly with a beautifull garden. The communication with Olivier was very good. For a perfect holliday, we would certainly recommend this!

Gute Lage, schöne Aussicht, großzügige Räumlichkeiten

Grundsätzlich ein sehr schönes Haus bzw. Wohnung in einer ruhigen Gegend in der Nähe von Nizza und Antibes. Wunderbar angelegt mit Pool und großem Garten. Auch sehr schön geeignet für kleine Familien, da auch ein Spielbereich im Garten vorhanden ist. Grundsätzlich alles sehr schön und hochwertig gestaltet. Wir haben uns gut erholt und die Zeit in der Umgebung genossen. Allerdings muss man auch sagen, wir schon verwundert waren, da die Beschreibung und die Bilder der Wohnung offensichtlich bereits kurz nach Fertigstellung entstanden und nicht den derzeitigen Zustand wiedergeben. Aus unserer Sicht ist die Bewertung auf „Fewo-direkt“ zu hoch, da die Wohnung doch mindestens renovierungs- und modernisierungsbedürftig ist um den avisierten Standard gerecht zu werden. Bspw. sieht der große TV im Wohnzimmer sehr imposant aus, die Tonqualität geht allerdings gar nicht. Neben den verschlissenen Membranen der Lautsprecher, führen ich sie harten Flächen (Fußboden/Wände) zu einer sehr halligen Akkustik. Im Bad hat sich bereits schwarzer Schimmel in den Fliesenfugen breit gemacht. Das Besteck im Haus ist sehr schlicht. Scharfe Messer findet man vergeblich. Die Ausstattung schien grundsätzlich sehr einfach und alt zu sein.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten sehr erholsame und entspannte Tage in La Gaude. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sehr sauber, der Garten und der Pool waren super. Der Vermieter war sehr sympathisch und hat uns jederzeit mit Tipps zur Seite gestanden. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Eine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Zu Dritt und mit Hund haben wir in La Gaude eine Woche verbracht. Die Wohnung mit der tollen Terrasse und schönem Ausblick Richtung Meer und Berge hat uns auf Anhieb sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist hübsch und mit Geschmack eingerichtet. Die Betten waren bezogen und Frotteetücher für drinnen und draussen lagen bereit. Wir schätzten die Kommunikation mit Olivier. Er war bemüht, dass es uns gut geht und reagierte umgehend auf unsere Fragen. Obwohl die Familie im gleichen Haus lebt, hat man Privatsphäre und Ruhe. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen. Sie hat eine optimale Lage für Ausflüge nach Antibes, Nizza, Èze, Monaco und andere schöne Destinationen. Wir danken Olivier und Emilie für diese schöne Woche. Angelika, Désirée, Daniel und Miro

Séjour parfait

Maison adaptée quelque soit la saison de part son environnement extérieur ainsi que l’aménagement intérieur permettant que chacun trouve un espace en famille ou avec des amis. Possibilité de belles balades autour de la maison. Je recommande chaleureusement cet endroit.

Superbe Villa Angel !

La Villa Angel est un endroit assez paradisiaque, située à la Gaude, à 20 minutes des plages. La location, climatisée, bénéficie de tout le confort nécessaire, 2 chambres (literie de bonne qualité), une cuisine toute équipée et une grande et belle piscine. La vue depuis la terrasse est superbe. Olivier est un hôte très accueillant, disponible et discret. Bref, un séjour d'une semaine très agréable et d'un bon rapport qualité prix dans cette région (aux prix assez élevés).

Wunderbares Ferienhaus

Diese super Ferienhaus Wohnung kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Wir haben den Urlaub hier sehr genossen. Die Villa ist klimatisiert und auch im Winter gut zu heizen. Terrasse und Grill sind perfekt zum entspannen mit der schönen Aussicht und den super Sonnenuntergängen. Wem das nicht reicht der kann es sich am sauberen Pool mit Poolhaus gemütlich machen. Die Beschreibung ist voll zutreffend und die Vermieter sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Uns fehlte an nichts und wir können die Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Ausblick

Schöne Ferienwohnung im 1.OG mit tollem Ausblick auf die Berge, sehr gepflegt und modern eingerichtet. Olivier und seine Familie wohnen im Erdgeschoss. Großzügige Terrasse auf der Westseite mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Den Pool hatten wir zur alleinigen Nutzung, er war allerdings auch schon sehr kühl. Mit dem Wlan hatten wir immer mal wieder Probleme. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Vielen Dank, Olivier, wir möchten gerne wieder kommen.

Magnifique propriété avec très beau jardin et piscine
