This was the perfect hotel in Nice for us on a mother daughter trip. Wonderful and attending staff. Quiet, clean and beautiful room overlooking the garden( our choice). Located central in beautiful area, close walking distance to train, shopping, restaurants and boulevard ( beach) We felt very safe and definitely got our steps in. Highly recommend!

From the entrance to the room super dirty they dont even clean the entrance door of the hotel , room walls very dirty , bed very uncomfortable, everything was bad for this hotel they have a 4 star they should have a 2 star max . Photos have lots of photoshopped.

Charming hotel with beautiful terrace area.

Lovely hotel very well placed with bars, restaurants and the beach within walking distance. We used it as a base to visit surrounding areas. Nice is a gorgeous town and this hotel is amongst some of the most spectacular architecture. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We will go back.

The hotel is well located being within walking distance of the sea front, the old town and the station, as well as being on the tram route for the airport. Our room was fairly spacious, light and airy and it was generally very quiet in the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the bed linen and towels were very good quality. The staff at Reception were very friendly and helpful. We would be happy to stay there again.

Best hotel I’ve stayed at in Nice!

Unbelievable service. Every person I met over 9 days staying at this hotel was incredibly friendly, smiling, helpful, kind and I looked forward to speaking with them. We will definitely be back. I won’t look for another hotel in Nice. The cleaning staff was every bit amazing and friendly as well, attending to all requests even outside the cleaning room times. It’s a smaller hotel approx 50 rooms I would guess and immaculately clean in a great location. About 8 min walk to the tram and also 5 minute walk to the Promendade/beach. Would highly recommend staying here.

The orange juice tree hotel

What a nice oasis of green after a nice warm day exploring nice. This has been our 2nd time (first time being in 1996 ) and it has been upgraded from 3 to 4 stars but sadly the room size has shrunk significantly. I love the old style but thats preference and this hotel is definitely on top form and would certainly satisfies most traveler's needs. Its a pity that there is no swimming pool as there is definitely space for it.

Cote D’azur was beautiful. Room was adequate. We brought our son, and it was clear they put us in the ‘kids’ room as there were scuffs and scratches all over the walls. Shower was poorly constructed, very small, and leaked out on to the bathroom floor. Room had mini fridge and nespresso maker, no microwave, no kitchenette. We did not use their breakfast service. Staff was nice and accommodating, they put a pack n play in our room upon request, which was a big help for us, they also let me use the kitchen’s microwave in the middle of the night. Location was great; very close to the beach and street restaurants. I recommend researching restaurants and not just eating what is easily available, we were not impressed with the close restaurants (but that’s not the hotel’s fault). Off season price was reasonable, we paid $130 a night in November.

Our room had a garden view which was lovely. Nice sized bedroom and bathroom. As a reminder, in Europe, most hotels do not have face/wash clothes so bring your own if that is important. Also although they do have AC the property had disconnected it as it was becoming fall season. During the day the room was a bit warm but quite comfortable at night and in the morning. Just in case that is a factor for someone. Hotel is in a lovely and quaint somewhat residential area. Only a few blocks to the Promenade. Lots of restaurants very close.
