You are here in the heart of Old Nice, just a few minutes walk from all the main attractions. Only 150 m from the Castel beach, 100 m from the Chez Acchiardo restaurant, 150 m from the Cours Saleya and its typical markets. The Opera - Old Town tram is 450 m away, and the Castle Hill Park is 500 m away. You will also find a Monoprix 650 m away for your shopping, the SNCF train station 2 km away, and Nice Côte d'Azur airport 7 km away. Everything is accessible on foot, in a lively, colourful and charming neighbourhood.

The main room, with a contemporary and sober style, is ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or on a walk. It has a sofa bed, a dining area and a television with cable channels, as well as an ADSL internet connection and a Hi-Fi system for your leisure moments.



BEDROOM



The separate room offers you a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe to store all your belongings. It provides a calm and restful sleeping area, perfectly suited to long or short stays.



COOKING



The open kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs: fridge/freezer, conventional oven, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and all the utensils necessary to cook like at home.



BATHROOM



Functional and modern, the bathroom includes a shower, a washbasin with storage furniture and a toilet. A hairdryer, an iron and an ironing board are also at your disposal.

How to get to my accommodation in Nice upon arrival



I chose to arrive by air



Upon arriving at the airport, a wide range of transport options are available to you to get to your apartment:



The tram - The best market: Line 2 will depart in front of terminals 1 & 2, serves the entire city on the Sea Side, from the airport to Nice Port, in 25 minutes. All stations pass through Fabron, Grosso & Gambetta for the Flowers district, Alsace Lorraine and Jean Médecin for the Musicians, Gold or Masséna districts, the Pin district and finally the Port district.

A connection with line 1 is made at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.

A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.



Taxis: The most direct: They are present at each terminal 1 & 2. 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is an official fixed rate that must be applied + the baggage rate. Make sure to inform yourself well and specify it to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.



The bus: The shuttle to the airport (bus 98) is both cheap and convenient. It runs every twenty minutes during the day and will drop you off in the city centre, near Nice Thiers Station.



I chose to arrive by train



The tram - The best market: To get to line n°1, exit to the left of the station and go down towards Thiers Avenue until Jean Médecin Avenue (indicated by signage). Trams pass every five minutes and the ticket has a low cost. Line 1 serves the centre and the two northern districts of Nice.

A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.

A connection with Line 2 (Airport / Port) is at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.



Taxis: The most direct: 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is no fixed package. The driver must mandatorily activate his meter before leaving the station. You will only have to pay the fare displayed upon arrival + the luggage rate. Make sure to inquire and specify this to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.

Do not forget to have the complete address ready to be given to the driver.



I chose to arrive by car



There is always a public car park near your place of residence. The rate is:



• On time

• Per 24-hour day

• Per week

• Per month



It may prove to be more interesting to pay for a week rather than per day for stays longer than 4 days, and so on. Check the rate grid carefully at the parking entrance or go to the security post as soon as you are parked.
