I had terrible check-in experience. The room i booked through expedia was King Room (20 sqm) while the hotel staff Maria arranged a Queen Room (17 sqm) to me and argued that there is no room size specified in the Expedia platform so they are fine to give me the smaller room. Even after i provided the room size specified in the hotel official website, there was no King Room available during the period i stayed and i could only either accept the Queen Room with certain % discount or leave. In the 2nd morning during my stay, the fire alarm kept ringing on and off in the early morning from 5am to 9am without reason and the Sonder app only replied there was techinical issue without any update or annoucement for the reason of false alarm. The body wash bottle was filled with body lotion and the hair dryer was with burnt smell which is unsafe to use. That said, the bedding and shower in room was comfortable.

Many of the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the woman who did our check in and out. The bathroom was very modern and clean. The area is centrally located and close to many restaurants and shopping. The room was also very quiet, we didn’t hear any street noise from the 6th floor. Some minor issues were that we found 2 silverfish in our room. Also a different staff member wasn’t very accommodating in regards to check out time (Maria). Overall excellent value for the stay and we would return!

Super zentrale Lage- genau zwischen Bahnhof , Meer und der Stadt. Besser geht es nicht. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, das Zimmer ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Ich hatte ein Zimmer zum Innenhof und somit war es sehr ruhig. Sehr bequemes Bett, gutes W-LAN, Wasserkocher, Nespressomaschine. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!!!!

This property was conveniently located and an easy walk to Old Nice where there were plenty of dining options as well as shopping. The front desk staff was very helpful and did their best to accommodate our requests. The hotel is a minimalist design and the room was comfortable. There were several areas we were disappointed in. The first, was the scent of the lobby and hallways. The air seemed stale, and there was an unpleasant odor throughout the days we were there. We were also disappointed in the timing of the room freshening up each day. It took them until nearly 5 o’clock to accomplish the task. After a long day of walking in sightseeing, this proved to be inconvenient.

Yelo assigned me room 001, in the basement next to the breakfast room. Staff asked me if I booked on another platform (Expedia), and I’m a solo female traveler — perhaps that is why. Neighborhood is lovely, only an 8-minute walk from Gare Centrale. Petite dejeuner standard. Coffee machine hard to operate.
