「Room is clean & tidy, There is train, bus and tram station nearby. Near residential area hence the surrounding shops are closed quite early. Not much choice for dinner. Have daily cleaning service and lift. Air-conditioning is too cold.」

「Poor reception staff attitudes. 」

「The hotel is in a very convenient location. Carrefour is right on the other side of the street. The room is also good with all needed facilities. Overall, the staying experience is good. However, house-cleaning during your stay will cost extra fees. I did not pay for that and no cleaning at all during my stays.」

If you can't figure out the "escape room" puzzle to open the lockbox or the door, you'll be stuck finding somewhere else to sleep for the night. And expect to pay extra for literally any service, even just leaving your bags for a couple of hours」

The only minor issue was that the shower gel dispenser by the shower base was empty—but we simply used the one by the bathtub instead, so it wasn’t a problem. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel’s location is excellent—right next to the Nice-Ville train station, making it easy to walk to Avenue Jean Médecin and the Promenade...
