"The outside of the hotel is not as impressive as the interior. When I pulled up, I was a little concerned that I had made a mistake, but once I entered the lobby, I was pleasantly surprised. My room was extremely comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location, was excellent -- walking distance from the Commons and great restaurants and shopping, and very close to Ithaca College, which I was visiting and was the reason I was in Ithaca. Free parking, too. Would definitely stay there again!"

"Despite previous concerning reviews, we found the hotel clean & comfortable with suite a pleasent surprise. Refrigerator was dorm size with freezer& worked well. Beds were comfortable & shower had good pressure after hiking all day. The suite was not updated, but we were unconcerned about a missing handle or new carpeting since it was clean. Knew pool was not in service, but the fitness room did have treadmills that worked & air-conditioning & ice machine also worked well. The staff were wonderful and patiently worked with me when hotels.com did not complete my paid reservation. Breakfast was the standard & kept filled by staff. Overall pleasantly surprised and as my husband said,"would definitely return""

"We had to circle the block to find parking and finally had to park in a large puddle. Correcting the location in GPS or sending parking information would have saved us this frustration. Hotel is in a convenient location and had comfortable beds."

"Amazing stay- the hotel was beautiful and the beds were the most comfortable ones I’ve ever slept in. Rooms were nice and spacious. Loved the cookies always available in the lodge. And hanging out at the campfire at night and playing board games was lots of fun. Would definitely return!"
