Large home, perfect for a large family or combined family's holiday. We have a heated pool, games room, fire pit. Walking distance to the billabong, many vineyards in our area to enjoy. River is close by. Many fantastic tourist attractions, including Woodsies Gem Shop within walking distance, where you can enjoy snacks, light lunch, garden maze, Gem cave, Gem shop and childrens playground

We enjoyed this house which is good for large groups. Lovely rural setting only 10 minutes from Mildura. Nice timber floors with airconditioning in all rooms. Nice pool table to fill in time.and so close to Kings Billabong and to Woodsies gem factory.

The house was absolutely perfect for our girls weekend away. The property is honestly much bigger and better than we expected, the photos provided don’t do it justice. We spent majority of our time lounging by the plunge pool, no need to leave with such a big back yard and everything you need in one spot. Thanks for having us :)

Accommodation was excellent. With ages ranging from 4 months to 80 years we had plenty of space. The yard was good for children to play The area was quiet and private but also reasonably close to town and activitiesHighly recommended

Excellent

We had a large group of 6 adults and 5 teens. There was enough space for all to have their own spaces. The house very well presented. It was clean and had everything we needed provided. Sharon (Host) was easy to talk to and was happy to chat and help as needed. We felt at home and everyone enjoyed our stay. Some wanted to stay longer!We would recommend this property and intend to stay again when we are in the area next. Thank you Sharon! :)

We were a family group of 11 (6 adults, 5 kids including teens). The house has been really well set up to cater for big groups. Spacious throughout, and so many little details to tick the boxes from a pool table, bookshelf for the kids and puzzle books for adults, outdoor pool, fire pit, too many to list. As soon as we walked through the door, it felt homely, we were comfortable and relaxed. We would recommend this property and would stay again if the need arises.

Perfect retreat

This house was very comfortable, clean & well equipped for our family whilst attending a wedding in Trentham Cliffs. Air conditioned perfectly for our 40 degree weekend and plenty of space / options for us all to get ready and relax in between our commitments. Private oasis

We had a wonderful stay at Nichols Point. The house is very well appointed and had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. It has a lovely, relaxed feel and Sharon made us very welcome. We made good use of all the amenities - pool table, gaming table, outdoor tv and the pool was a welcome relief at the end of a hot day on the river. There is ample space to manoeuvre and park two boats or even more! Sharon was a lovely host and we would definitely return.

Lovely and welcoming

This home was all that we hoped. A wonderful place for us to stay as a family for our son’s wedding! So quiet and peaceful yet not too far from town. It was great to have an area for the kids to run around in! Beautiful new bathrooms and very comfortable beds.

The house was exactly as described. It was comfortable, spacious, extremely well maintained and very clean. It sleeps up to 14 and it actually has enough space for 14 people to dine (inside and out). We used everything from the games room, pool, fire pit, dining/tv room. Would highly recommend this house and the host. Thank you very much Sharon

Great location for family getaway

Big comfortable house about 15 min from centre of Mildura, with space for 8-10 people, pool, pool table, full kitchen and BBQ. Everything well kept and very clean. Communication with Sharon was really easy. Thanks a lot for the stay!
