"The desk reception person was very good. There was one person at the desk and she was tied up with a difficult customer who did not have a reservation that they could prove. She handled it well, but kept me waiting. Recognizing the situation a second person came and checked me i and she was excellent. The property is new and kept in good condition although the wall thermostat was broken and a note was taped over it to use the thermostat on the furnace. Otherwise, everything was fine and clean. The other thing that troubled me was that although the property is non-smoking, as we are getting our luggage from our car, there is a strong smell of smoke coming out of the unit right behind us. I realize it's impossible to police smokers, but this troubled me. Also, later in the evening smokers congregated at the front door, so us non-smokers had to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke to get to our car."

"The cottage was very nice, clean and layout to maximize space. The lake view is very good.Lots of wildlife, birds and deer roaming around at dusk. All of the necessities are there and in good condition. I would recommend this one for others.Thank you"

"My overall stay was fine, my room was okay. The AC intake needed a good vacuuming and the sink drain was slow to drain in room 1012. The staff was first rate. I did have trouble leaving the underground parking. My room key worked to open the gate, only to have the gate immediately close. I had to go back to the office, explain my issue and was given another key. Same result. I did find another guest key in the Dropbox and it worked. Go figure."
