"Very nice place to stay! super easy to check in and the place was clean with a nice welcoming tv beach vibes but unfortunately we where also welcomed with cockroaches in the kitchen. We stayed for at least 4-5 days at the beach house so we bought enough food for those days but unfortunately we had to throw the food away quickly the next day because the closet had huge cockroaches roaming on the food even if we had the food closed in bags. Other than that everything was perfect! Super nice view and the rooms are big! Loved waking up with the noise and smell of the ocean! definitely would book this house again next year!﫶"

"Cape Allswell property was absolutely amazing! the booking process was easy, and I received constant communications leading up to check in day and throughout the stay, making it a seamless process and knowing I would be able to communicate with the property company at any time.The house was exactly as described, even better actually, very clean, everything is new and updates, the beds and linen were incredible, comfortable beds are a huge point, and they were super comfortable with luxury linens - the decor was beautiful. The house has all the amenities you could want, and the kitchen was very well stocked. The fireplace was a lovely touch and made the arrival night, big storm, feel very cozy. Sitting out on the deck was perfect - right on the ocean and watching sunrise to the moon coming up was a wonderful experience and made our stay really relaxing. It was lovely to just walk to the beach - a few steps away and then relax on the balcony. A huge comfort level was the deck was only accessible from inside the house, therefore making us feel very safe and secure during our stay. Easily accessible to Surfside if you needed any supplies. We all absolutely loved it and definitely want to book it again.Thank you"

"This is the perfect beach house for a big group with lots of space, plenty of beds and a great kitchen. The beach is just steps away and the views of both the beach and bay are awesome.Jerry is the coolest. Very responsive and checked on us if we needed anything. We’ll definitely be back."

"The house has an excellent floor plan for large gatherings. It is missing a few convenience items like a hair dryer, hangers for clothes (there are no dressers for storage) and wine glasses (plastic or otherwise). We brought beach towels, beach chairs, beach tent, beach toys, coolers and a rake for the seaweed to make our stay more comfortable."

We truly enjoyed your comfy house.Great location Comfortable bedsNicely decorated Just a couple of items that you might already be aware of -1 water pressure in kitchen is very low, making doing dishes very frustrating 2 water pressure in shower is low and hard to control.3 washer not working properly. Perhaps instructions would be helpful.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.Thank you."
