「The beds are harder than I like. When showering, you have to 2 seconds to move out of the drop from cold to hot. When your neighbor is showing, it’s really noisy.

「Late check-in was great since we were driving from the lower mainland and the highway passes / weather can be unpredictable. Front desk staff were helpful, efficient and friendly to deal with. The hot tub was popular, and we hope they consider leaving it open later. The HOME restaurant is adjacent and had hot breakfast starting early so was great for heading up the highway early.」

「House was very clean, HVAC system had zero issue keeping home cool during 38 degree temperatures over the weekend we were there. No hot tub or grill but that's not the end of the world, would just change description as it was a bit of a let down. Comfortable beds and couches, home was great for entertaining and very open floor layout. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. Nigel was helpful when we needed information. 「Inside is like a Parisian country cottage. Very nicely decorated and clean.
Celine was great at getting right back to me.
It is lacking a top sheet for the pull out sofa and the yard needs a lot of attention, but overall we preferred staying there compared to a hotel.」
