Villa "Filippa" with Mountain View, Private Terrace & Private Garden

In a very quiet area of Nicosia, the "Villa Filippa" offers an excellent view of the mountain. The 130 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning and heating. A baby cot is also available.

Your private outdoor area includes a garden, a covered terrace and a barbecue.

The villa is in a very quiet area that is not at all dangerous. It is 2.5 km from the city centre, where you can find anything you may need.

4 parking spaces are available on the property.

Pets are allowed.

Wi-Fi is not available.

The homeowner Filippa is happy to meet any request you may have.

This property has recycling rules, more information is provided on-site.

Please note that the access road to the property can be challenging for vehicles, as it is uneven and has several potholes.
