Okay, einfach, sauber, große Wohnung. Leider ein lauter Nachbar, der wohl auch immer zuhause und Kettenraucher war ( Zigarettengeruch doch in den Schlafzimmern leicht zu riechen. ( wir sind da empfindlich). Für 2 Nächte ok. LG

Eifel-Erlebnis

Wir (4-köpfige Familie mit Hund) haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Fewo ist geräumig und in ordentlichem Zustand. Es ist relativ viel Inventar und Zubehör vorhanden und die Fewo war soweit sauber. Störfaktoren: - Einer der Nachbarn ist leider etwas schwerhörig, da jeden Tag die Bässe von Technomusik dröhnten (nachts, morgens) - Es gibt kein Wifi/Wlan. Wir sind keine Nerds, aber gewisse Ausflüge, Routen möchte man doch online planen. Bei uns kam erschwerend hinzu, dass das O2-Netz auch recht schlecht ist (Vodafone/D2 ist i.O.) - Makulatur: Schere stumpf, Flaschenöffner, Stampfer, Pfannenwender fehlten - sonst aber gut bestückt! Pluspunkte: - Waschmaschine + Spülmaschine erleichtern den Alltag ;-) - In 3-4 Min Fußweg ist man in der freien Natur, um den Hund Gassi zu führen. Aber auch für weitere Spaziergänge. - Im Ort gibt es einen tollen Bäcker ("Loch") und auch Edeka, sowie Gastronomie usw., so dass man nicht zwingend zum Einkauf fahren muss (Aldi, Lidl in Nideggen) - Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten (zu Fuß, mit dem Rad oder auch kurze Autofahrten) und auch tolle Caches :-)

Wohnung mit Potential

Unsere Familie ( 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder (11 und 15)) bewohnte die Wohnung in der Silvesterwoche. Das Haus, in dem sich diese und drei weitere Wohnungen befinden, steht in zweiter Reihe und ist von der Straße nicht zu sehen. Die 20 Meter lange Zufahrt ist nicht beleuchtet. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und sauber, das Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich mit Sofa und zwei bequemem Sesseln. Das in der Ausschreibung genannte Schlafsofa ist ein einfaches Klappbett. Leider ist die Küche nicht gut ausgestattet. Wer kochen möchte, sollte sich eine Pfanne mit Pfannenwender, Schneidebrett und Kochmesser mitbringen. Die Spülmaschine ist defekt. Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck sind ausreichend vorhanden. Der Esstisch ist extrem wackelig, da die Schrauben bereits aus dem Pressspahn ausgebrochen sind. Das Kinderzimmer ist schlicht und funktionell. Das Elternschlafzimmer befindet sich im Spitzboden. Ein Hinweis, dass eine steile Sambatreppe ohne Geländer zu benutzen ist, fehlt. Daher ist die Wohnung nur bedingt geeignet. Das Badezimmer ist sehr geräumig, funktionell und sauber. Heizung und Warmwasserboiler funktionieren einwandfrei. Als praktisch empfanden wir den kleinen Abstellraum, in dem sich auch einige Spiele befinden. Mit wenigen Neuanschaffungen und kleinen Verbesserung ist die Wohnung für eine junge Familie gut geeignet.
