Holiday in a quiet location
Lovingly renovated and equipped old house in the center of Nideggen-Berg.
3 separate sleeping rooms for up to 6 people, living room with satellite TV, bathroom with shower and toilet, complete. equipped kitchen with electric stove, oven, coffee maker and dishwasher. A covered, completely wind and weather-proof balcony with seating (ideal for smokers). A parking space in front of the house, and a lockable car carport.
All around the area there are endless possibilities for cycling and hiking.
In the 3km distant city Nideggen there are various shops for everyday care (ALDI, LIDL, REWE and v. M.).
Furthermore, a variety of restaurants to sit comfortably together with delicious food.
For recreation there are in the immediate vicinity many interesting sights, such as the old city of Nideggen, the former military training area "Drover Heide" which is now a nature reserve, which can be explored on signposted trails. There is also in the nearby towns Heimbach, Kreuzau and Euskirchen floating or swimming pools.
The nearest larger cities Düren, Euskirchen, Cologne and Aachen invite also with its shops and attractions to stroll.
Also located in Brühl about 40km away of the famous theme park "Phantasialand", the indigenous is a very popular destination for us
In short, all around the place, there are endless possibilities for recreation, relaxation and exploring the surrounding region.

Perfektes Ambiente mit Wohlfühlfaktor
Wir waren erstaunt über die Größe, Möglichkeiten und Sauberkeit. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Frau Niessen ist eine tolle Wirtin. Wir waren noch nie so gut untergebracht. Wenn wir wieder in dieser Gegend sind, ist dies die erste Wahl.

Schöner Kurzurlaub
Ich habe mit meinem Hund eine kleine Auszeit genommen und wurde von einer sehr netten Vermieterin begrüßt. Es war schlicht, aber sauber und alles vorhanden.
Unten befand sich die Küche und im oberen Bereich waren alle anderen Räume, welche leider nur durch eine steilen Treppe zu erreichen waren, was für einen älteren Hund schon ein kleines Problem war.
Für eine schöne Guten-Morgen-Runde mit dem Hund brauchte man nur einmal kurz über die Straße.
Alles im Allen kann ich das Haus mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Nette Gastgeberin, Haus hat alles, was man braucht, Wandermöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe. Nur auf die Kirchenglocken direkt nebenan am Sonntagmorgen um 6.30 Uhr hätten wir verzichten können.

Fam. Niessen sind sehr liebe Vermieter, die Wohnung ist perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub. Frau Niessen hat für jedes Problem eine Lösung, auch kurzfristige, ungeplante Aufbettungen. Fazit: Sehr zu empfehlen

Kurzfristige Buchung
Wir waren mit 6 Personen in der Ferienwohnung. Das Haus ist zwar alt und auch ein wenig schief, hat aber eine Menge Charme. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten unser Wochenende genießen. Die Vermieterin war ebenfalls sehr nett .

The house is great clean and spacious, really enjoyed our stay. We had been travelling for over a week and all 5 of us needed to do laundry we I asked about a laundromat Usula offered to wash and dry our clothes. Wow she truly is wonderful.
