“beautiful view during breakfast. view from the room was across the street at another building. very expensive for what you get: hard bed, portable a/c that couldn’t keep up, a duvet that was too hot, and shower plumbing with hot and cold reversed.”

“非常值得推荐，位于卢塞恩湖边，老板夫妻二人都很热情，员工服务态度好，我们要去哪里，非常有耐心的讲解，并且把来去的车次都打印出来，早餐也很好吃。非要说缺点就是离卢塞恩有20公里左右。重点推荐。”

“Was a lovely place to stay, however we weren't aware that the hotel was not staffed after 1 pm on a Monday, also the restaurant was closed on Monday but they did suggest recommendations. The only other small but strange thing was the mini bar was communal in the outer Hall. Although we were self check in on the Monday, the staff we saw on the Tuesday were very helpful”

“Would have liked to have a microwave in the kitchen..Hanging lights in bedrooms did not work so very difficult to see,& downstairs shower did not work properly. The view from this property was incredible & very peaceful setting.The owners were very friendly & nice. I would suggest the price of the gondola be included in the daily rate. Since we went on daily excursions it got pretty pricy for 7day round trips per person to reach our accommodations. All said we all enjoyed our stay at a beautiful……
