The 2 room apartment is located in 1. Upstairs of the villa in Nienhagen and is suitable for up to 4 people. It is 44 square meters and has a special feature a whirlpool. The apartment also has a balcony, a bathroom with shower / WC, a fully equipped kitchen and a double sofa bed in the living area, as well as TV and radio CD.   As all holiday apartments in the villa in Nienhagen are of equivalent and similar features, you will see examples of interior design here.

The apartment in Nienhagen is located in a villa with a total of eight apartments. They have partially a fireplace or a jacuzzi, just a 5-minute walk from the Baltic Sea beach. The villa has a large garden, which can be used for sunbathing and barbecues. As a tenant of the apartment in Nienhagen you will also find garden furniture, a children's playground and a private parking lot. By car they are both fast in the center of Nienhagen and within ten minutes in the historic center of the Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde. All apartments in the Villa in Nienhagen are equivalent and similarly equipped, so you can see here the sample images for the interior. Each apartment in Nienhagen has a balcony or terrace, underfloor heating, a fitted kitchen and a full bath with tub and shower.   The car park is chargeable in season, free parking is available as well in the vicinity of the house.

Alles Reibungslos und unkompliziert

Die Wohnung war sehr schön gelegen und man ist in 5 minuten an einem schönen strand wo man seine ruhe hat für einen kurzen spaziergang. vermieter war sehr nett und zuvorkommend und die kommunikation hat reibungslos geklappt. viele grüsse
