Wir waren 3 Familien in einem 14 Personen Haus und 2 Hunde, die Räumlichkeiten waren sehr gut, die Platzaufteilung auch. Es waren ausreichend Toiletten vorhanden. Geschirr Besteck Gläser alles toll => Nur die Kochtöpfe waren nicht für solch eine große Gruppe Menschen ausreichend, wir hatten KEINEN Topf um entsprechend Nudeln oder Kartoffeln zu kochen und bei 5 Tagen Aufenthalt und so einem schönen Haus mit doppelter Kochplatte war es sehr schade das wir hier viel improvisieren mussten und uns kein Kochtopf auf Rückfrage bereitgestellt wurde „ verweise wir könnten einen in der Umgebung kaufen“ …. Zum Meer waren es 2 km einfacher Weg, es war ok, dennoch mit Kindern und Senioren einfach mal einen kurzen Abstecher an den Strand war nicht möglich, somit sind wir abends immer eine „einsame“ Runde im Park gegangen. Ein Zimmer hatte eine Sauna, die auch 100% funktionierte, leider gab es keinen „Ruhe -entspannungsbereich, außer das Doopelbett in dem Zimmer und ein Fenster … oder die Haustür. Als Ausflugsziel, als Ausflugsziel hatten wir Brügge und Sluis, was sehr zu empfehlen ist und so Fahrzeit absolut Okey mit dem Auto.

Huis 73 Muffe lucht uit beide koelkasten. Beddengoed was ook muf en op een slaapkamer stonk het bed naar hond. In tuin en om het huis lagen overal sigarettenpeuken. Er was te weinig bestek aanwezig voor gehele groep. Parasol overduidelijk kapot voordat we kwamen…had schoonmaak laten staan. In snackbar geen Nederlandstalig personeel, voor de snackbar stonden asbakken op de tafels die overvol zaten met peuken er naast. Chef-Kok van park restaurant ging buiten shag roken en daarna zonder zijn handen te wassen weer eten koken We hadden als groep elektrische fietsen gehuurd, waarbij 3 van ons de verkeerde accu meekregen. Toen deze klem zaten en niet werkte moesten we wachten tot de technische dienst kwam, terwijl er meer dan genoeg andere fietsen over waren. De baliemedewerker die de fout gemaakt had kon zogenaamd de fietsen niet omzetten in de computer. Koste ons zinloos veel tijd. Ook geen excuses. Bij vertrek gemeld dat we dit reeds bij tussentijdse beoordeling bellvila hadden gemeld online….is niet zelfde organisatie….dus was nog niets mee gedaan. Jammer voor een park met veel potentie.
