“The information on expedia website indicates that O-Jays Guesthouse provides "free airport shuttle" and I booked two rooms for one night. I checked with the staff and they indicated that they can help with transport from the airport to the guesthouse but that there is a charge. We arranged for a shuttle and the driver waited at the domestic part of the terminal instead of the international part which caused a 45 minute delay in getting picked up. “No one at the reception counter when I came in. Dead cockroach on the floor near the reception counter. The road on which the hotel is located is very dirty.”

The owner’s personal presence added a special touch that made the stay feel even more welcoming. It’s very family-friendly, with grass area for children to play. The location is safe and peaceful, perfect for relaxing evening walks.”

“During my stay, there was no Wi-Fi (broken down, according to the front desk), and worst of all, there was no urgency to rectify the issue. The room wasn't clean to my standards; the fridge was functional but turned off, and therefore, it was nasty. Flying bugs in the room. The shower head was short, and I had to squat to use it since the curtains didn't hold back water from spilling. Overall, is it a last-minute reservation for a 1-night stay after a long flight? Sure... anything else??? Find……
