"Hotelli sijaitsee vilkkaan kauppakadun varrella, josta löytyy kaikkea ostettavaa, ruokaa, parturia ym. Muuten ympäristö on slummimainen, mutta jotenkin kotoisan tuntuinen. Hotellilla oli varaus, mutta ei tietoa aamiaisista. Samoin englanninkielen puute henkilökunnalla, teki vaikeaksi kommunikoinnin ja tilaamisen ravintolassa. Hotellihuone ja pesuhuone olivat ok, lämmintä vettä suihkussa, ilmastointi, ei jääkaappia eikä vedenkeitintä. Ruoka oli hyvää. "

"First of all the receptionist said they can’t find my booking despite I showed my booking number on my email and my payment and said they don’t even deal with hotels.com. Nor Expedia. I got very frustrated and delayed for a while after they called a manager he finally told me to give me a room as if it was by pity. Too much light issues in this hotel. Sometimes every 15min. Anytime any person passes by my room I hear it and it disturbs my sleep…"

"Fritz provided a bed that I needed. No room account, so everything I bought had to be paid on a handheld POS device that sometimes didn't work. Makes in room dining or ordering a drink or getting a toothbrush a bit of an ordeal. I had a few little ants near the desk in my room, becomes a problem if you leave any food out. Breakfasts are lower end in quality - think cheap airline meal. Sounds like I have complaints but as a place to put my head down I wouldn't object to staying here again. Staff...
